Quick get in for emergency. The female dentist I got was very nice and helped me right away. So I made her my dentist and will continue to see her. The receptionist’s were all nice too.
My experience at this dental office is way above average. The equipment and system for cleaning teeth is amazing. It is ultra modern, uses pressurized water so is gentle and painless but gives excellent results. The staff are highly professional and respectful.
Great staff, very friendly and professional experience. Dr. Poznikoff is one of the best dentists I have had, very gentle and empathetic.
My son and I came here for a sports mouthguard. We were referred here by my son's boxing coach. We have a different dentist, but I am now seriously considering switching. This place has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are so helpful and friendly. They went over and above helping my son with his mouthguard.
Excellent service from start to finish. The booking process was simple and the automated text reminders are extremely helpful. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jamil is very professional and extremely methodical about her work. She is compassionate and seeks to educate patients about dental health in ways that are easy to understand and contextualize.

I love this dental office. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they genuinely care about you and your dental health. Sonia is the best hygenist I have ever had. Always teaching me little tricks to have a better oral hygiene. I highly recommend it 👌
It's been few years that we are visiting Hermitage Lane Dental Clinic. They always remind you about your appointment whenever its due. They are informative, caring, professional .It has friendly environment ,kids get toys to get encouragement to take care of their teeth.My children love to visit there.I will recommend my friends to visit there for sure.

Dr. Dela Cruz is the best. She is a true professional. The entire staff is well trained and friendly. I was told by another dentist that i need a root canal but Dr. Dela Cruz fixed my tooth without root canal. Its been 5 years without any issue with that tooth.
Went here for a dental check up and cleaning. Carmen was very helpful, friendly and gentle when she did my cleaning. She went above and beyond in taking care of me. My experience with this clinic is somewhat pleasant and for sure, i will be back next time for my dental needs.

Dr Cruz is amazing, she’s attentive and thorough, the hygienists, office staff are simply astounding, willing to work with you, they bend over backwards to ensure you’re comfortable, that you feel safe and secure, they work with you on payment plans if it’s needed. Painless and efficient methods for all dental work done. They’re top notch. The office is warm and bright, makes you feel welcome. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I have been seeing her as a dentist for over 20 years now and will see her until she retires
The ladies at Heritage were awesome, friendly and fit me in for an emergency appointment on a Saturday. I appreciate it when a Dentist would come in on a Saturday of a long weekend to help me out. The appointment was made and within two hours I was back to normal and at a very reasonable price for the value I received. I highly recommend Heritage Dental center.
Highly recommended clinic! All i have dealt with very professional people. Dr. Osbourne, my dentist, for sure very knowledgeable doctor with really caring attitude to patients. He wants to resolve at not at any costs for the patients. Same applies to all from the desk to nurses.

I recently had an appointment (one of many) with Dr. Sonia, and she was amazing. She was dedicated, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout all the visits. The staff were polite and very helpful, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. Overall, my experience was the best I've ever had at a dentist's office. Everyone there made my visits peaceful and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Always work the hardest to provide the highest level of care for you and your friends and family they always put your needs first and make you feel at home like one of the family from the doctors to the staff everyone there is amazing and I would recommend no other dentist. If you have had a hard time finding a life time dentist and always felt like you would shy away from going because it was not the right fit for you Heritage Lane dental is the place to be you will feel at home in there environment and they treat you with the upmost respect and quality service that is unmatched by any dentist I have gone to before there whole team is amazing.
I found the dental assistant very unorganized and the polish/cleaning was very quick and I feel like I didn't get a good clean, the new dentist was professional and nice.

I loved being treated at Dr Mandeep Singh Chatha. I'm sensitive to any dentistry and here I felt smooth at all visits. Doctor is very gentle and delicate. The treatment and tooth cleaning were provided quite quickly and with minimum of pain during the procedure and what is even more important - no pain after it. Minimum sensibility for my teeth. Thank you doctor!
I would just use Heritage square Dental Clinic. They are much professional and easier to deal with the book. They dont pick their clientele after a vist because you hsve in anxiety and they still got my own business and then I call again to get another tooth removed they booked me and then the next day phone and cancel and say that they can't have me because they don't want me as a client because they sent me somewhere to get put under and I didn't go cuz I didn't want to get put under I just have anxiety with the dentist they got my business and now I deciding not to and book it and then cancel it after I made all the arrangements for the pickup and to go there and get it with the numbing cream and needle I find that very unprofessional and I would not use them I would "cancel" them.
I recommend Heritage square dental for your dental treatments. Dr. Chatha has been my doctor for 2+ years, recently moved to this location, he always gives best advice and treatment for keeping food chewing machines(pearly whites) in good shape for long time. He is very professional and has high standards.
My family and I have been using this dental clinic for as long as it’s been open. Recently taken over by Dr. Chatha and we are extremely satisfied with his professionalism and work ethics. I’ve never been treated so well and been so welcomed by a dental office. We were welcomed in with warm smiling faces and made to feel like a part of the family. I had an appt made for my 5 year old daughter and had to bring along my newborn. The staff helped to look after my young baby so I could focus on and comfort my daughter as she needed her tooth pulled. Dr Gibb was patient and nurturing with her, and made every effort to ensure she’d have a positive dental experience. My whole family was taken care of amazingly! Everyone at Heritage Oak Dental is always friendly and helpful. My appointment today was for dental hygiene only. My hygienist Kristen was fantastic as always. She is thorough but gentle. She gave me specific details about my periodontal status which I find very important and helpful. I recommend her strongly for your dental hygiene needs.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ronn Gibb's for many years and have always been very pleased with the work done by him and his staff. Dr. Gibb is very personable, friendly and professional in the dental care that he provides and this standard is also reflected in the other staff that work there. My latest appointment was with Kristen for cleaning and she exemplifies the same high standards typical of Dr. Gibb. She always provides gentle but thorough cleaning which is why I continue to see her year after year for professional care.
Convenient location but the parking lot is mangled with potholes and speed bumps galore. It felt like I was once again going on Space Mountain at Disneyland but it wasn't fun and I knew exactly where everything was around me. The entrances and exits to the plaza are thrown around like some child had decided to build it in The Sims. Good luck figuring out how to move around.
Dr Poznikoff in Heritage Dental is the best dentist I have ever had. I was really scared of dentists from horrible experiences growing up. I refused to go to dentists until it was emergent. When I first went to him he informed me of some major issues in my mouth. One quadrant had 22 cavities that needed to be filled. He did it in one sitting and I felt nothing!! Not even the needle going into my mouth to apply the freezing!! He isn't a miracle worker but he is the best dentist I have ever been to! I trust him explicitly!

Everything-from front desk costumer service to dental procedures are beyond expectations. Dr.Gibb always takes time to explain the options available and he has saved me lots of time and money by not doing the procedures that were pushed by our previous clinic. i have developed anxieties due to previous dental experience but here, the staff is very understanding and patient .I have several procedures done-from crowns to cleaning and filling replacement- follow up phone calls are really nice! Both me and my kids live our dental hygienist, who is fun, patient to work with.Our family moved to Heritage Oak clinic several years ago and I can highly recommend the clinic to any family!

One time I bought a bunch of ice while I was in this plaza. You see, I was on my out to a wicked bush party and I was the ice-man.
As everyone knows, you gotta smash up those bags of ice before puttin' 'em in your cooler otherwise they just kinda glob up and you end up wasting your time.
Anyway, there I was, laboring away, smashing bag after bag of ice and boy was my back getting sore. Then up comes this BEAR of a man. I'm talking 6 foot 4, maybe even 6' 6''. Hands like goddamn frying pans!
Anyway, with a rolling rumble that would shake the Rockies themselves, "Might I be of assistance?"
Then he holds a single bag in his hand and CRUSHES IT!!! Doesn't even blink! I swear ONE HAND.
He proceeds to mangle, mash, and destroy the remaining 7 bags, and says "That ought to do it. Enjoy your party."
Then he sauntered off into the night, back to what I can only assume is a well-appointed underground cavern of some sort - one where he holds court over the Bjorning Bear-Men of Edmonton.
Gotta take a star away from this place though, the parking lot was difficult to navigate.

I have been going to Dr. Gibb's Dentist office all my life and haven't had any issues there. Always have been honest with me. Their dental hygienist's are great as well - with a great sense of humor and they really enjoy their job. The staff make, what is usually an unpleasant experience, a more pleasant one, which doesn't make the "going to the dentist" all too bad.
I've had my children's and my own teeth cleaned and we've had fillings done. We have been with this clinic for a few years now and love every staff member we've come in contact with. They are friendly, accommodating, and professional. Both Ron and Andrew Gibb are wonderful dentists. I think the most important thing for me is that my children are not afraid to go to the dentist. They really make sure there's no fear or pain for them(and me),and that we're all taken care of and as comfortable, as you can be, when visiting the dentist!
Dr. Andrew Gibb is an excellent dentist! He is very conscientious; he really cares about his patients; and the quality of his work is on a high satisfaction level.

Went their for blood test at Dyna life. Its little busy in morning but still took only 15 mins. Food stores like subway and Shoppers Drug and LRT is also closed to.
I have had many bad experiences with dentists, and have had a lot of work done on my teeth, but I totally trust the staff at heritage oak, they're amazing! The hygienists are so kind and very careful with my sensitive teeth. Dr. Ron Gibb is excellent, he works quickly, is gentle and always listens to my concerns. I recommend them highly!
Heritage square is a great place for general needs, there is a shoppers drug mart, m&m's market, money mart, sobeys liquor store, and much more!

I checked in before hand so I knew I did not have to wait. I always seem to get good haircuts here. The staff are attentive, thorough, and seem to know what they are doing. They raised their prices recently and you can wait for a while if you do not check before you go but overall a great place for a haircut

conveniently placed between south edmonton common and century park. good for grabbing a quick bite or some bubble tea. also a pharmacy and M&M Meat Shops as well as other stores and restaurents.
