So impressed by my experience at this practice. Suffered a broken tooth with 10 days to go until a holiday abroad and they went the extra mile to fit me in.
I was treated by Dr Jayendra Patel, who is possibly the best dentist I’ve ever had - coming from someone who’s father taught dentistry and hand picked our dentists as kids that’s high praise indeed. No pain, quick and kind, what more do you want because let’s face it, no one likes getting a filling!

Potrzebowałam pomocy w bank holiday. Zadzwoniłem do cross street i dostałem appointment bardzo szybko . Personel był bardzo miły i pomocny.

I had an appointment to remove a tooth broken off at the gum line and was referred by my usual clinic. I was treated by Jayendra Patel and considering how petrified I was and in tears due to a very bad experience with another dentist previously, he handled it amazingly. He put my mind at ease as best he could and was incredible with the treatment. It was over and done with so quickly! Very clean and professional clinic and all of the staff there are lovely and welcoming! Thank you for being so kind to me, and apologies I was so hysterical! You have made me feel a lot better about going to have treatments done in future. Thank you again! Would highly recommend, especially to very nervous patients.
Jay was easy going, thoughtful and listened to what I said. He and the nurse were fantastic and I'm very pleased with the results. I recommend Burton smiles to anyone who just nervous of going to the Dentist like I am. Great Job to everyone 👍
Recently referred to Smiles from my local Tamworth dentist to have a front tooth removed. The dentist and all the staff are very patient and advised me with options for having a false tooth fitted and done without delay. Great friendly service and no fuss follow up with some adjustments to the prosthetic tooth. Very much recommended.
Today I had my first experience with Burton Smiles Dental Clinic.. the reception staff were very polite and helpful, and the dentist was exceptionally friendly, proficient and explained every step of the procedure as he went along.
The facilities were very modern, clean and spacious.. from my personal experience I would highly recommend Burton Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist.

Amazing staff, they made me feel so comfortable and in safe hands. I had two wisdom teeth out at two separate sittings and it was my first ever experience of a tooth extraction and during the whole experience I didn’t feel a thing after I was very carefully and gently numbed. My recovery was very quick and they explained the after care clearly. Would definitely recommend. Brilliant and very experienced dentist.
I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received. Suffering from gum pains, I was quite concerned after my research suggested a serious issue. However, upon booking an appointment, Jay immediately reassured me, guiding me through the process with expert care. His great explanation of the treatment plan and necessary steps put me at ease. Following my dental hygiene treatment, I felt rejuvenated and confident in my smile once again.
For the first time ever I think I was glad to go to to dentist's. They could not have been anymore helpful and professional about everything. I got a full set of dentures top and bottom and are very very pleased with them. It was the best thing I could have done, Burton Smiles have really helped me smile again ( cheesy or what) ha ha ha ha ha but seriously you should speak to them before you go anywhere else. I will very gladly recommend them to everyone. Go on give them a phone and see how they can change your smile.
The hygienist Vicky was fantastic. She completely put me at ease and was very thorough. She explained everything that she was going to do and our plan moving forward
Mum has been here & I’m astounded at what shes been put through, disrespectful, confrontational etc & my Mother seriously is the chillest lady you could meet- she said, if the man had pushed a little bit more sh’d have burst into tears! Anyways, ofc shes not said anything & doesnt know im posting this review, but to hear this from a Woman in her 60’s is ludicrous. Couldn’t picture this happening to a bloke & I honestly shake my head at it.. Please avoid in future if you’re thinking about coming here. Would normally not bother w/ reviews but this touched a nerve
Would give minus if I could. Been with this practice for over 7 years. Have various health issues that affect teeth/mouth health that mean I need regular check ups. When I updated them about this they were clueless on it. Yet because it affects my eyes too my optician when updated completely understood and discussed it. I've had more appointments cancelled than I've had appointments. They've missed diagnosis when I've stated concern. I've heard nothing about this go private nonsense others have commented on. Likely because I've not been as they cancelled my last appointment. Appalling! Any fillings they've done are a mess. Older fillings from different practice (15 years ago) no issues and as they were when done. I will be taking this further as likely need a lot of work done now! Avoid!!!!!
Was rudely told to go private by the male dentist after them refusing to fix a broken front filling which was done by a prev' dentist at the same practise.

I had a very ill fitting partial Denture which made me gag,first visit to David and he sorted it for me.

Following an incident when one of the front teeth broke away from the top denture plate.
Contacted David Osborne to ask if he could replace the tooth. Visited left the plate one hour later all sorted.the epita

Like many others. I have been told I have no dentist unless I pay to go private. I have been with this practice for years and my wife and son are still OK to stay with them because they had an appointment booked. Saying that, my wife went last week for a check up which cost £70 because they decided to give her some xrays without mentioning the extra cost. Disgusting.
I am very satisfied. Everything went quickly and without pain(extraction).I was very surprised by the speed and experience of the dentist.I have recommended it to my friends and I will definitely come here always when I need it.
Just seen Mr Osborne - he was fantastic. Having problems with my first ever set of partial dentures which had just been fitted. He sorted everything out immediately-what a great service he provides

Outstanding practice, you can not fault them. They make going to the dentist exciting and stress free. One of the few places that help people who work full time by having agile operational hours.

Having previously had an upper denture from another dentist that I couldn't get on with, I totally gave up using it. I then visited Dave and his service was outstanding, he was very professional and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. I now have a new upper set that fits like a glove, doesn't move, doesn't affect my speech and allows me to eat and drink without problem. Can't recommend Dave highly enough👍

Absolutely disgraceful, if you can go somewhere else please do, I waited over an hour to be let in by a dentist who made excuses that his previous appoinment had gone over time which was a complete lie as no-one had entered or left his room for ages before I was called in, my appointment lasted less than a minute, consisting of him lowering the chair and blowing some air into my teeth and telling me everything is done???? By the time the assistant got glasses out of the drawer I was already done, what a joke, they can't do their jobs properly and are extremely rude, the receptionist even hung up on somebody while I was waiting and would continually complain and make comments about phone calls while rolling their eyes at every single phone call. It's ridiculous and if you ever want anything more than that you'll have to go private which I heavily suggest against because even then they probably will still cancel your appointment and take more money from you in the process

disappointed and angry to be told over the phone that I am no longer registered with this dentist due to myself not having an appointment for a while, lady on the phone was not much help either just told me that i can use them if i pay privately what a joke. This is after they cancelled my appointment twice and because of other commitments and I was struggling to get an appointment booked and now im now left with no dentist 😡

Joined Beaufort Dental Health Centre 6 months ago and it was easy to book an appointment. I had my first appointment with Gail who was friendly and knowledgeable. Gail didn't find any issues but suggested I may need a splint, as I grind my teeth at night. The splint is not cheap at £300 - £400, but it defineitly stops my teeth grinding at night and is comfortable to wear. My teeth now feel a lot stronger through out the day than before and don't experience jaw pain in the morning. Should have got one years ago.

Extremely professional, friendly and supportive staff. The waiting and reception areas are very smart and state of the art treatment rooms. Always feel valued as a customer whenever I go and receive excellent treatment advice. Highly recommended.
I have been going to Beaufort Dental for 15+ years now, everyone at the surgery is so friendly and attentive. Gail is brilliant at making you feel relaxed. I have recently completed aligner treatment and couldn't be happier with my teeth.
Trying to arrange an appointment as i believe my histroic root canal has failed. Tooth is in serious pain and i know from experience that i will soon be in agony.
Was provided a 'check up' appointment 6 weeks away, which no doubt they will then arrange the actual treatment i need for however long after that.
Found receptionist Lisa to be short, impatient and quite frankly rude. Had absolutely no time for me, kept cutting me off mid sentence and every question was answered with 'i don't know, ask the dentist, I'm on my own and too busy'
Would love to leave the practise, but unfortunately I'm tied to this one now and nobody else is taking on...

Had a call from the head receptionist (really sorry I've forgot your name!) who managed to get me an appointment days later. She was friendly, polite and apologised for the previous issues.
Dentist was also professional and prescribed antibiotics, advising to call back and get an emergency appointment if it persists.
Have changed the stars to three, unfortunately still maintain initial service was appalling I'm afraid.
Was provided a 'check up' appointment 6 weeks away, which no doubt they will then arrange the actual treatment i need for however long after that.

Unfortunately I take Mrs Robson and her team for granted and always forget to leave a review, she is the best dentist in the area in my oppinion and my wife who is scared of dentists would agree. Thankyou !
Cannot praise this Company enough from first contact to the final receipt of the denture made by a gentleman called David so professional and kind and a true tradesman with a skill that is so rare in these days also the quality of the end product second to none just wanted to say thank you to him and Tracy for a great experience won’t hesitate to return Thank you.5 Stars
Unpleasant experience. Tried to call many times however was unable to get through countless times. When finally got through was offered an appointment in 3 weeks time. Dentist was rude and has put me off coming again.
As a private patient the service is terrible. Staff are not able to book appointments correctly, I had several rearranged without reason. Staff are rude to customers. I called for an hour to make an appointment then gave up and walked to the surgery to find 4 girls sitting at the desk not doing anything, I was told they had been busy at 10am and not able to answer the phone. Had denture made that I had to fit myself it was so badly made my mouth bled. Took over a month to get it looked at before waiting for a new one to be made. There are alot of bad reviews about this place I am surprised it is still open. It needs a good manager to deal with customer care.
I would not recommend Osborne D J I got my dentures done and they broke with in 2 days and he refused to repair them and tried to charge me an additional charge once I had already paid for them. Don't trust them they use cheap products and are not worth the money don't be fooled

I have one saying, best horror movies are with dentists... I have been a lot around dentist especially in my childhood, so I picked a lot of experience of pain, that is why I hate going to dentist...
When I came here in UK had no idea where to go, so I went online, read the reviews and decided to give it a go here, because first of all is 5 min walk distance from me, 2nd the reviews...
I will recommend it with all my heart, no pain, they took care of me and my wife and we received the best care, Thank you miss S. Fraser. Everyone here are the best.

A really friendly service with excellent dentures which I had had for 3 years. Having moved away I still want to attend for dentures to Osborne’s for new ones. The staff are very friendly and helpful. :) June
I am terrified of needles, and dentists, but Mrs Archer was brilliant. She has such a calming voice and manner. I did not feel a thing, and will not be as scared next time I go.

Mrs Archer is the best dentist iv ever been too. Once terrified of the dentist I no longer am after being a patient of Mrs Archers. Her patient care is beyond words.
