When your primary physician is on vacation and you need immediate medical attention on Christmas Eve day... this is the place to go. Friendly bilingual front desk staff, PA Kristy Nenadal was extremely attentive to my sick son and provided all necessary medications from their onsite pharmacy. She followed up a few days after to find out my son was in the hospital and continued to check in a total of 3 times later. This type of care is above and beyond what you typically get at traditional urgent cares or your primary physician's office. I am forever grateful to have come in contact with Ms. Kristy Nenadal. She is an excellent and caring nurse practitioner.

Visits here arr always great because you get good medications up front, no games. All staff is friendly from front desk to assistants and doctor herself. Keep up the great work!

First time experience : The wait was abit over an hour but that’s also everywhere nowadays. The service itself was great . We felt heard and were treated . Staff was polite and professional. Thank you

When I took my daughter to this clinic on May 1st, they treated us amazing. As we walked inside the staff treated us nicely and took care of us early and there wasn’t much of a wait which is always good. As they were taking my daughter’s measurements and etc, they were making small talk with her to assure she was safe and to make sure she was comfortable. When we got the results the staff made sure to let her know she was ok. The place was overall a great experience and we would go back! I would like to appreciate the staff member named Alejandra which was the one who helped us that day and she was super kind and nice! This was a 10/10 experience and I would recommend because it wasn’t expensive!!

Professional staff. Doctor was attentive and caring to neededs. I bring my kids here when they get really sick because they get the care they need.

This was the first time I had gone to this clinic. My son was sick and I wanted to go somewhere different, as most clinics have a 2-5 hour wait. We only waited an hour and the staff was incredibly helpful. I don't speak Spanish, but they had a great nurse who translated everything for my son and me and both were incredibly helpful.

Someone I know came to this clinic due to back pain. The doctor asked her to bend down several times to assess her range of motion ( we assumed that was the reason). The last time he asked her to bend down he smacked her buttocks then proceeded to leave the room and say the nurse will giver her a prescription... this was the doctor.. She was so shocked and embarrassed and did not say anything. This did not happen recently but I thought it was important to write it here for others to be aware. Unfortunately, I do not have the Drs name.

Updated review based on the clinics comment/response. This patient i am referring to is my mother. I drove her to the appointment therefore i am sure it was this clinic. I can also confirm no female nurse was in the room.

Extremely courteous and professional staff. They really amazing, got me in within 5 minutes and out within a little under 10. I saw them go through 20 people in under 30 minutes. I'm a big guy and they were still able to draw blood from me, I feel like that shows how knowledgeable and well trained they are

I would like to say that the ladies at Labcorp in Corona on Ontario were amazing today. I’m so unbelievably thankful they went above beyond to help me clear up my billing issues so that I may receive the lab work I needed today. It was my only day off I don’t know when I would have been able to come back. I thank God for them because they reminded me that if there a will there’s a way. Thank you again for being so patient and kind.

I have been to this location many times over the years and have always noted how easy and quick it is. I always set an appointment, as walk ins are welcome but the wait time can be long if you don't have an appointment. So keep that in mind. Today my appointment was at 9:15am and they called me in at 9:17am. I am not a fan of needles (who is) so I am always worried it's going to hurt... doesn't matter how old you are. But honestly, the ladies I have been to here today and in the past, make this so easy and I don't feel a thing. They have also been super amazing with my daughters in the past. So if you need some lab work done, I highly recommend coming here. They are still requiring a mask once you enter the lab, but no big deal. They are quick, kind and professional.

I have recommended so many people to this clinic because i love it so much. All which have only thanked me for letting them know about Clinica mi pueblo. I know if myself or my family is sick, once i come tola clinica by the next day, I will be better. Thank you to Dr. Love and all the staff for what you do!

The girls were really great and professional, kind as well. I have extremely difficult veins and they took the time to find one that worked instead of jabbing me for an hour. Very grateful for them. Check in was also very quick and easy. Very good experience.

I have been to this lab before and again a very clean lab and I set up an appointment and they were quick to get me in and all techs were so pleasant. Karina was my tech, very nice and so professional. Explained everything and was done quickly. Highly recommend this lab

They are amazing why I said that cuz they get me in like a valued customer respect my time and get me out faster. And that all about the services.

Every time I come here it as an amazing experience. Gloria has been drawing my blood for the past 3 years. She is so kind and helpful. Gloria is the only one who knows how to draw my blood. If she was not here then it would be very difficult for me each time because my nerves are tiny. Thank you for being so caring, Gloria.

I arrived on 3/12/21. At 7:15 am without an appointment. A technician came out and said that is was an hour wait but the lab on main and partridge had no line. I drove down there and they where correct, they had no line. They forgot a very important part, they don’t open till 9am. I had to drive back and act like a karen.
