Jennifer is awesome, she takes time to explain and care about the patient. I feel warm welcome and able to talk to her about my mom symptoms and feel better after she explains. Will come back again for check up.

Have always had great service at Sutter's Alhambra lab. The wait time is almost non existent and staff is a pleasure to deal with.

Had a great experience here with clinician, Jennifer, and Tom the medical assistant. They were very warm and friendly, and took care of my minor injury. Would recommend. Quick tip: they are closed for an hour between 1:30 - 2:30.

Everyone there, Jennifer the PA, Thomas the MA, and Ky at the front desk were very nice. Jennifer was especially knowledgeable. It was great to find urgent care so close to my home, near Sacramento State Univ, Larchmont Riviera area. I highly recommend this urgent care!

Made an appt for this morning at 9am 11/4/2023.
We have medi cal upon getting to the clinic gave our social for insurance because we don’t have the card on hand. They denied to see us without the card and said it would be $170 to be seen without insurance. Everyone and every single urgent care/doctor office can run your social and pull up your insurance info we’ve done it EVERY SINGLE TIME. Nothing worse than being so sick and making an appt thinking you’re going to be seen and get some relief and they then you away. I will never recommend this urgent care to anyone ever again.

I was able to be seen same day. The schedules an appointment online but it didn't go through on their end but they still saw me at my appointment time. they took good care of me and gave me the information I needed. I really liked the doctor I saw. The people working were very helpful

I have had lab work done at this every few months for the past 10+ years. The lab team is always communicative, positive, and upbeat. They do a good job at drawing blood even through my veins can be difficult. I definitely recommend this Sutter lab location.

Appointments easy to get online. Wait time was not out of line. Jennifer, the P.A. is just a super person. Compassionate, good listener, does not rush her appointments, and very good at figuring out what is causing the issue for your visit.

Great experience. Person at front door was very welcoming, nurse practitioner was very helpful. Space was organized, efficient, and clean. Much better than the medical service I am accustomed to receiving at Kaiser.

My 85 yr. Old Mother who checked in labs is hard of hearing. (I parked the car)After 40 minutes of sitting there, I asked when they would call her. Replying back with rude facial expressions, ugly smirks, then actually asked her name, came back with more true to likeness of pathetic human beings with such disrespect, informing her they called her name she never answered, so it was her fault she'd been waiting. They're the rudest staff I ever encountered . Accusatory and blasphemy, blaming her, you have an obligation to at least take a look in your waiting room. The way they're so snotty and demeaning towards an elderly patient is horrid.

Everyone there was so amazing! Front desk, the MA’a, and my Doctor were all so sweet and helpful. Made me feel like someone was finally listening to me and cared. So much that I changed my primary care over to them… I will be recommending to all my friends/family.

Very unclear where to go. No one knows where anyone is. It’s unnecessary how confusing this is. Go to UC Davis instead. Sutter doesn’t want to help you or else they would tell you where your appointment is.

2725 capital ave, sutter. Parking is such a challenge and so far away that you cannot get there on time, and miss appointments. They need to move this medical facility to a different location that has more near by accessible parking. (Also, currently half of the street parking is unavailable as a tow away zone for construction.) September 2022.

This lab is really great. I've had blood drawn twice from this location. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The line moves quickly if there is one. I've had blood drawn by an older guy and a younger lady and they were both pros. They got it on the first try. I am always so nervous about getting blood drawn and everything about this lab puts me at ease.

Super friendly staff, quickly got in for my appointment, doctor came in immediately, and I was on my way. Truly appreciated this experience compared to other medical offices I've been to.

This place is a joke. I have never had a problem with wearing my mask over my nose I make it wider otherwise I can't breath. Because I wouldn't pinch it tight around my nose she refused service and told me I had to leave. Mind you my mouth and nose are completely covered, I have asthma and claustrophobic so I really can't breath when its pinched tight around my nose, I would give a half star if possible. Everyone else has understood my problem but not this rude lady

I had a terrible experience there today! They made me leave to find an outside bathroom to provide the specimen required. Then instead of making it easy to return it, I had to walk it all the way back to their lab. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but I had surgery recently and was in pain. Meanwhile four or five people were sitting around the reception desk chatting, plus they had burned popcorn so now the lab and the rest of building smells terrible.

It wasn’t my first bad experience here, they really are hit or miss.

Quick and easy lab visit. They check your temp before entering and my wait was only about 10 min. Nice staff, convenient location. If you park in the garage you have to pay for parking, I think it's $1/30min.

Urology is the best! Shaun up front always takes care of me, making sure I have my regular appointments, checking me in, generally making life easier. Also the imaging and the lab are great too.

I went here for diagnostic imaging this facility performs x-rays, imaging; lab testing & physicians offices. Positive experience from easy check in; to having my ct scan done; was very disappointed that no one remembered i had to take these films with me..this was specifically printed on the physicians order, for this test. After informing them i must have the films/cd with me, i did have to wait for approximately 13 minutes. Also this test order was ordered on march 5th 2019 was informed by my dr that sutter would be calling me to schedule, i heard nothing after 2 weeks i contacted my physicians office repeatedly every 1 & 1/2 weeks..then realized 💥 my follow up with the dr was 1 week away and still No call from sutter again i had to contact ordering physicians office, informed them of urgent need for this test. After 10 minutes on hold i was given sutters # to call them (yes i requested the phone number previously). Test (after 6..yes six weeks) i Finally had this procedure done (4 days before follow up physician appointment) any medical facility that actually had the patient completely ignored. If not for my own repeated time and calls, i very much do not think this imaging procedure would ever have been done be extremely diligent for your own health in dealing with this place

There generally isn't a long wait here. Sometimes they can even get you in early! I've had many scans here and the staff has always been great, especially the people who check you in.

Steak wasn't cooked right. I asked for loaded hash browns no sour cream. I got sour cream. It could have and should have been a much better option experience.
