I gave them one star because I am unable to give zero stars. The service here is HORRIBLE! I called because I was sick with Covid and made an appointment as instructed to by THEIR DOCTOR. They called me THE DAY OF to change said appointment to one almost a month from now. I had to go to urgent care and then they had the audacity to call me the day after to see if I needed an appointment; finally following the instructions given by their doctors. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS EITHER. They’re incompetent and will a lot of clients this way.

I came in 15 minutes late and they wouldn’t attend me and I needed to see the doctor

Urgent Care practice is closed, but they still promote it at this center in Union City. They'll give you a print out with other providers in the area if you find that helpful.

My experience with pediatricians is perfect. Dr. Fernando Suarez is exceptional because of how he has treated my daughter. I always had a good experience in the time of 2020 when the covid that affected the area is the only place where they treated me, even my primary doctor, they weren't mine. My primary doctor in riverside closed the door when i was sick , and Sanitas treated me on that occasion, and after that, I had never thought I had to worry. For that and more sanitas in Unión City deserves 5 stars, thank you

Horrible customer service.... Website is not updated and they don't want to disclose information about substitute Drs. If you want to get to know who they are, they asked me to go to their office and pick up the information.

Overall a very poor experience, lack of professionalism and respect for their clients. After taking my day off to have my physical done they decided to call me 2 hours before to cancel my appointment this is after me requesting my day off at work. They could have cancel the day before but of course it didn’t happen.Not a place I would recommend to friends and family.

This place use to be wonderful when McNett was here but it’s awful now. Had a followup to my physical just to read my results . This easily could’ve been a phone call rather than an appointment which is a $50 charge. When I got to my appointment doctor Silvia Cardenas Crowley couldn’t find my results even though that’s the only reason I was there. After a while, she “supposedly” found them and read me my results and handed me the printout of my results. Upon leaving I looked at the results and realized she read me the wrong results from a physical I had over a year ago with a completely different doctor at the center. How do you not notice that it’s not the correct date or even your name on the results being read ?! So I basically got charged $50 to have my doctor read me the wrong results which also could’ve just been a phone call. Absolutely incompetent facility.

Dr. Emmanuel Pelayo is an excellent physician!!! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, & very attentive to everything you have to tell him about your visit. He’s explains everything to a perfection to understand how to manage your medications and as to why and what goals you want to reach with each medication. My experience went really well & I’m beyond happy to have chosen Dr. Pelayo as my new PCP. If your looking for a new PCP don’t hesitate & try with Dr. Pelayo you won’t regret it!! And the staff is great as well and the office is very clean, organized, & modern 10 out of 10!!!!
