The gelato tastes SOOO natural. Tried the lemon gelato and the raspberry one, it literally tasted like I'm eating lemons or frozen raspberries. Very interesting, unique and refreshing!!!

Have tried several of the vast variety of yummy pastries and nice coffee - especially liked the mandarin topfen cake, ricotta cherry tart and doughnuts. Bread is also good- a rare place in Rome to find German/Austrian type rye bread. Staff/owners very friendly and welcoming- makes for a very pleasant experience to have coffee and cake in view of the amazing Portico and enjoy the atmosphere in the street.

La pasticceria Paci, con la sua lunga storia nel quartiere, continua a deliziarci con le sue prelibatezze classiche.

We've enjoyed our experience so so much! The desserts are tasty, soft and fresh, the guys are kind and personable, they know the ingredients of the sweets they serve and can provide the information.

Un paio di giorni fa gironzolando per San Lorenzo, decido di ripararmi in questa pasticceria dal vento freddo che tirava di prima mattina. Come per magia mi sono catapultato indietro nel tempo. Una pasticceria rimasta intatta nel tempo, con dolci e prodotti genuini e torte dall’aspetto e dal gusto squisito. Per non parlare della signora che mi ha servito, che ringrazio per la sua pazienza nonostante fossi completamente paralizzato dal freddo. Sinceramente l’esempio perfetto per ogni pasticceria di quartiere che si rispetti a Roma. Calda, accogliente e che ti faccia sentire un po’ a casa anche a qualche chilometro di distanza.

Probably the best Pasticceria in Rome. Same quality, service, and shopkeepers as 30 years ago. A must try!

Ottima la crostata ripiena di crema e top di vera marmellata alle visciole! Giusta consistenza, friabile e da asporto si presenta bene! Prezzi buoni.

Just OK. The strudel tasted like they didn’t put any salt or butter in the pastry. I found it very overpriced.
Bottom line, why come to Rome for Austrian pastries?

My wife celebrated her birthday while we were visiting Rome. I bought a selection of pastries from this location for the birthday girl and family. The selection in the shop was good. While there was a language barrier between our lack of Italian and the shopkeeper’s limited English, the transaction was easy to complete. The pasteries were fresh and delicious. Would certainly recommend this shop, if you are in the area.

I'd give 0 if I could... wow cheesecake was like powder dry!! So bad and they wouldn't even let us (wife n I) have a taste each.. we tasted one ice cream and tasted like whip cream... next door is Cremeria Romana which is MUCH BETTER

Literally found this place whilst looking for something sweet to eat and so so glad we did. Authentic and delicious cakes, really got the homemade experience, amazing taste, pretty standard portions. Cute little place and lots of sweets to choose from. Sacher and Dobos cakes were our choices this time, delicious!

Ho commissionato alla pasticceria la mia torta per il compleanno dei 30 anni. Ho scelto la millefoglie perché la mia preferita, e si è rivelata la più buona e particolare che io avessi mai mangiato! Sono sicura che la crema abbia un ingrediente segreto ma..non sono riuscita a capire quale! Ho ricevuto i complimenti da parte di tutti gli amici invitati. Per non parlare del modo carino in cui hanno realizzato la scritta (che ho voluto io stessa, ovviamente).
Prezzi nella media, ma valgono la qualità.

The Dobos torta they made is one of the best of my life, how it should be. Worth every single penny or fillér.
