Hire professionals! This is more of a construction management company. They have no expertise of their own, will charge you double then hire cheap labor and produce poor quality work. When I pointed out the areas I was not satisfied with, they refused to fix it or even continue the rest of the work unless I pay extra.

We loved working with Danny and David at Experts Remodel to renovate our three bathrooms and entryway, and Beto, our general contractor, is the best in the business. Danny and David were very friendly, helpful, and responsive to all of our questions and requests. They were transparent about the construction process and were flexible when we had late changes and additions to the design (for example, we decided to wall up a door and then install two pocket doors after work had already started - they were able to accommodate our requests easily). We had initially reached out to a design firm that quoted us over double what ER quoted us: an easy choice, plus, it was a lot of fun to design our own spaces exactly how we wanted them! We also felt comfortable with the payment process, not handing over all our money at the beginning but in steps throughout the process to demonstrate their commitment to finishing the job. Beto was the BEST contractor ever - he was thoughtful and thorough in his work, communicative about issues and timelines, and just in general the friendliest, most professional and respectful guy ever! We are thrilled with how each room turned out and would love to work with this team again on future home projects.

But let me tell you why. In a time we are used to poor customer service, disappointment, no follow through and poor outcome, Lakeisha and the contractor Vito cannot compare to anyone else when it comes to customer service and quality of work. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! A few of my retired contractors friends who saw the work and heard about how everything was handled told me that that’s the best they’ve ever seen and heard of. Lakeisha went to bat with the insurance company and got done what I needed to get done. I did not need to handle talking to the insurance company once I filed a claim she handled EVERYTHING!!! Vito is an artist and his attention to detail is simply astounding. He left absolutely nothing undone. Not one detail was overlooked. I am so grateful to have found them after having several consultations from other contractors that left me deflated and disappointed. They are a dream team. I have even recommended them to others, including a retired contractor who like I said, saw their work and didn't think twice about hiring them. By the way, I waited almost a year to do the review And I am still in love with my bathroom. And now they are doing work on my father-in-law’s house as well.

Experts Remodel did a fantastic job with whatever task we threw at them, largely our brand-new kitchen! David was always available to chat if we had questions/concerns, and he really took the time to listen and was open to our ideas. The quality and craftsmanship of the final product was exceptional, and we often sit and stare at our kitchen in disbelief that it is ours. There were a handful of subcontractors that worked on the project and some language barriers which made communication tricky, but that was just a small hurdle that was easily overcome by the leadership of David.
