A big renovation can cause a lot of anxiety. It is much easier if you find a good contractor. That is our experience with NY contractors. Andy and his guys proved to be reliable, hard-working, and knowledgeable. They did our kitchen, and the main bathroom, installed wooden floors and doors throughout the house, and we can say they did a high-quality job. There were other things they improved. These improvements meant a lot to us, like painting all the windows and radiator covers. Attention to detail was unbelievable. It is hard to say what our favorite is, gorgeous bathroom, white and indigo kitchen, or the banister Andy made for us, a simple, elegant art. Their work ethic is commendable, cleaning everything after they finished was great. It is refreshing to have contractors, who are so readily doing their best and repeat saying, they want to make you happy. It is rare to hear it today. It is important to say that everything was done on time.

Andy and his company did some work for me to repair a solar installation. He was communicative, efficient, effective, thorough and professional. A fairly simple problem caused by a poor installation and made worse due to denials by solar company was finally repaired after 5 years thanks to them.

I had a fantastic experience working with Andy and his crew on some interior renovations in our apartment — wallpaper, tiling, replacing bathroom fixtures and some light repairs. From estimate to scheduling to doing the work, Andy was a fantastic communicator with an attention to detail and strong understanding of aesthetics. He was direct in explaining what would be easy or difficult, why we might choose to do things one way over another, and what he would recommend. I decided to hire them because I was confident that they cared deeply about the quality of their work. I was not disappointed! Andy was always very easy to get on the phone, schedule the work with, and they were able to complete the job in exactly the 2-day window they had proposed. The quality of the work is excellent — everything looks perfect. I look forward to hiring them again in the future.

This is the 3rd time we have hired Johnny for work on our house in the past 5 or so years. He just finished a brand new kitchen for us. The speed of work and detailed attention to his craft
and final product are excellent. Johnny's crew had the entire demolition, new insulation and sheetrock walls finished in the first three days! Another three weeks and the kitchen was ready for cooking! His ideas to fix old window frames, window sills and other quirky issues all worked very well. Most importantly, Johnny has personal relationships with licensed electricians, plumbers and other vendors, including cabinet makers, countertop wholesalers, tile and appliance stores - he makes everything so seamless and easy. Johnny's knowledge of techniques and materials really helps with design choices, and he is happy to show customers his different showrooms and suppliers. Johnny's prices are fair and his workers are 100%
trustworthy in our home. We are so thankful for our new beautiful kitchen.

Johnny is very organized, polite, professional, and just a very good person who cares about the project like it’s his own place. Johnny is very detail-oriented and remembers every single detail that needs to be done. You don’t need to think and remind him about anything, as everything is under control and direct supervision. He took me to multiple stores to find construction supplies to my satisfaction and he was very patient with me. We had kitchen and bathroom renovations, new doors and floors throughout the house, building new office space in the basements with insulated walls, ceiling, and the new split air conditioner system as well as building a new deck on the backyard. Yes, it’s a lot of work, but it was completed in under 3 months. Johnny used only licensed professionals for the work that had to be done. Johnny is also a very good designer and I have used his advice on the home decorations and materials to be used on many occasions. Poor building practices, these guys did not follow building code in short they built us a unsafe structure. Construction had to be redone by another company because their work would not pass inspection. They were cheaper then most and so was their work.

Good Contractor very reliable build all my three stores

We have worked with Hassan from JNH Construction Co. for exterior house painting and for a gut rehab for a shower. We enjoy working with him and his prices are reasonable. For both projects, his workers showed up reliably and cleaned up when the jobs were finished. The exterior paint job was neatly done with minimal spillage. During the shower installation, a couple serious structural mistake were discovered and the workers had to fix the mistakes and pour the cement floor a second time. However, the final results were excellent and the shower looks fantastic.

High tech construction should be shut down. The owner, is a liar and a crook, and once he gets your money, could care less about the job. I hired him to restore my steps, the material he used was inferior and started to crumble six months later. He sent a worker to go patch them and still not repaired properly. My steps look like they were never repaired. Took him to small claims court, he was a no show. Won my case but he was no where to be found. He should be thrown in jail. Buyer beware, so true.

Andy did stucco work for the backyard exterior wall of my house. He was very knowledgeable and had a thorough plan before starting the work. His workers were friendly, very organized, and had great craftsmanship.

I would give them 0 if I could. Avoid this company! Started job and did not finish it. Work completed, poorly done. And the owner will lie and give you every excuse in the book for not honoring agreements and getting work done. And I found the owner patronizing.

I have just had a horrible experience with High Tech Construction and its owner Shaiful Hassan: he does not complete work on time, making excuses which turn out to be lies. My brownstone facade restoration dragged on for over a year because of intermittent and sometimes shoddy work, with a terrible mess in my front yard all that time. I finally fired him. One reason for his dysfunction: he delays paying or just stiffs his workers, so he can't get qualified people to work for him. He displays a license number on his material that belongs to Innovation Construction, who he claims is his brother's company. Stay away!!

Clearly, all the reviews were written by the company. Beware!! Terrible experience with them. They weren't able to actually do the job they agreed to do and threatened me with physical violence because I balked at paying them without having the work done properly. Very scary and unfortunate.

My roof needed to be done last year because I had some leaks. I got a lot of estimates from different companies, but all of them were giving me some crazy estimates.I was talking to a friend of mine when I was in NY and I told her that I was looking for a professional but affordable roofing company. She said that she had the right people in mind...Sino Empire Restoration...they did her roof couple of years ago and she was so happy with their work. So I decided to call them and they came to give me an estimate here in CT {no charge...that's commitment..). They gave me a great price and I agreed. They were professional and finished in time. The roof now looks great and did not leak at all this winter. They promised to give me a good deal for my sidewalk too and I am going to call them as soon as I save some money. I highly recommend them.
