A very premium and luxurious hotel. I felt very comfortable staying there for 4 Days. The bedroom even the toilet bathroom felt very luxurious.The food was very nice and delicious. The staff were very humble and helpful. Probably the best experience in The Leela Palaco . I will surely come back here.
I was on a short visit to Bangalore in May 2023. I chose Leela to stay for a night. They took more than an hour to check me in. I was so thirsty and when I asked for water it took forever for someone to get it. As for the room. The toilet flush wouldn’t work we had to call maintenance couple to times. In the balcony there were cigarette stubs. I paid so much hoping to experience grandeur. Alas it was the opposite. At least now know what to expect.
I had an amazing stay at Palace. The staff's friendliness and efficiency, along with the pristine rooms and fantastic amenities, made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!
I recently stayed at The Leela Palce Bengaluru, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the grand lobby, I was greeted with warmth and elegance. The room was immaculate, with breathtaking views of the city. The staff's attention to detail was remarkable, and the dining options were outstanding. This hotel defines luxury and hospitality.
The hotel has some very beautiful and amazing sites. The rooms are very big and luxurious and the linens and towels were sparkling white. The spa and pool was also breathtaking. I loved the way the food was served. The house staff was also very good. It was really a relaxing experience. A must visit hotel in Bengaluru.
We have stayed there for our anniversary 🎉 and it was a very pleasant experience to be here. Buffet lunch, dinner and breakfast were yummy. Ambience was too good. Also we have enjoyed photo clicking as so many good spots which you will not find anywhere.also staff was so good. …
I previously worked in the hotel management industry and know what it takes to run an upscale full service hotel. Leela Palace is one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. From the rooms and decor, to the service, amenities, restaurants, lounges, the pool, and grounds. Everything is immaculate, the service really does feel top notch, and the restaurant is amazing. On top of it all, the architecture is stunning. Much more interesting than the other luxury hotel brands out there. If your looking for a tire 5 star hotel experience where your every need is anticipated and catered to, try out the Leela Palace. Safe travels!
