Went to buy some Milwaukee power tools that were on sale and tried they did as hard as they could the sell associates, (totally not their fault they did great). Rather, unfortunately this falls on management and I must say it's piss poor. They didn't have anyone in the store that could unlock the combo on the cage that I needed the tool out of not only that but they could not reach any of the management to get the code on the phone the only reason I am giving two stars is because the associates tried so hard to help me one solution
for the idea box, corporate ought to look at finding some better management or moving some of the associates that tried so hard to help me into management positions. Wish I could call this my home Depot because it's so close to me the closest one out of all of them but in the future I think I'll start doing my shopping at the Littleton Location seems more organized. SMH not that home Depot would do anything to make it right other than tell me to come back some other time thanks home Depot. Then again maybe I should just take my business to Ace hardware

Can I get some help in this place? Nope. Waited an hour at the saw machines, cashiers paged the lumber workers three times and nobody showed. Pretty sure I saw some tumble weed roll by. Hey, at least I walked 3 miles back and forth and the shareholders are happy 🙃
This review is for sales associate SIELO who was outstanding! I have not ever received such stellar customer service from any other associate at this location in my 10+ years shopping here. She has such a warm and kind personality. She was just as enthusiastic about our project as we are, which gave me a lot of reassurance about our install appointment and purchases!
Where are the cashiers?

I try to go here only when I have to. It takes a long time to get in and out of this location, and when you go, there is a lot of riffraff. Their return policy is good.
Terrible service. I showed up at 8:30 looking for a toilet to tank o ring. Not only could I find nobody to help me, when I did, he did more harm than good. We were looking in plumbing for 15 min and it was in the bathroom section. I finally get it and almost ready to check out at 8:58. I was looking for sawzall blades when a lady accompanied by a police officer came to usher me out of the store. Told me registers were closed and I'd have to come back tomorrow. Pure laziness to not have registers open one minute after 9 to help a customer check out. . Absolutely ridiculous. I'll be going to Lowes tomorrow morning
I used to frequent this Home Depot for nearly a decade, but now I make an effort to avoid it due to the excessive presence of temporary workers in the parking lot. Each time I exit the store, I find myself swarmed by these workers, to the extent that multiple times Ive had to resort to raising my voice for them to back off and stop touching things in my cart.
I'd like to caution contractors and subcontractors who have jobs near this Home Depot against leaving tools in their vehicles while at this Home Depot. Unfortunately, I fell victim to theft, losing some of my own tools.
For DIYers and homeowners, I strongly recommend considering the Lowe’s 2 miles down South Santa Fe as an alternative. In my experience, Lowe's offers a superior range of quality products compared to Home Depot, and you won't encounter any level of parking lot hassle.
Hope this Home Depot figures out how to solve this issue but unfortunately it seems nothing has changed for months.

At this Home Depot yesterday, noticed several illegals swarming the parking lot. In the store maybe 20 minutes, come back out to my truck window smashed and about $7k worth of tools taken from it. Store staff, security and “management” not only indifferent to the situation, but also completely uncooperative with the law enforcement “representative” that 911 dispatch sent out. “Management” and staff aren’t even slightly concerned about all the afore mentioned illegals swarming the parking lot, bothering every contractor that is entering and/or leaving the store-but almost in denial that they’re even there. Definitely don’t recommend this location-will go to the Lowe’s 2 miles up the road. They seem to have their parking lot under control.
I would like Home Depot management to know what a great help Tucker Crabtree was to me. He helped me 2 times this morning with drywall the second time he was on his lunch break and he did not hesitate one second to help me. I have not seen a guy his age work like he does in a very long time. Thanks for your help Tucker!!!!!
Very rude 'help'. Trying to find a cart to move some sheeting and the forklift helper wont give me the one he is done with, and then the operator turns to me and says "get out of here". I am a contractor and visit hd's throughout the region regularly. This particular store just made the bottom of my list. I will be recommending more lowes to my clients from here on.
I had a great experience at this Home Depot this week. I had a package delivered and unfortunately someone stole part of it. I was able to talk to Kathy on the phone and get help from Mercedes in person. They were so helpful in fixing the issue. Thank you so much!!
Ask for Robin! Robin was an incredible and delightful help to me and my family when we had to urgently get a new refrigerator after ours broke. We were there with our five year old daughter and Robin attended to her, as well, like she was her own. It was a stressful time made better by a wonderful person like Robin. We felt cared for, like we were her priority, and whenever we go back we'll ask for her. Thank you Robin! You're amazing ❤️
Employees at the store refused to honor a price match even after I showed them Home Depot policy on the Home Depot website. They were rude throughout the process and wasted my time. Eventually they put in the price match but only after arguing with me and only after I showed them the official policy multiple times and they called their manager. I’ve been to this location a number of times and I have found the employees here to be the worst at customer service of any location I’ve ever been to. This is not my regular Home Depot location, but I’ve probably been to Home Depot between 50 and 100 times this year, and this store is terrible.
It's a Home Depot so you know what you're getting. Their garden section is 2nd to none though. This is my go to spot for potting soil, plants, and pots. Honestly it's the same price or cheaper than you can find online.
Highly recommend for garden and plants selection. It's also my go to for home improvement and paint. The staff is top notch and will help you with anything. Very knowledgeable.

Great Home Depot location right off of US-85. Friendly staff, organized, and easy to find what you need! Went here to get some stuff we needed and it was easy to find! Staff was friendly and helpful too.

This is a pretty great Home Depot. Easy to find staff that are willing to help you and they actually know where to find stuff. The parking lot is clean, the bathrooms are nice and clean as well, the store is organized and the prices are on par for what you would expect.
The employee was able to reccomend the perfect cheap wood stain that would get me to the color I want with the type of wood I have!
