I was recently at your north Melbourne store on N. Wickham
to purchase bark (mulch) from the Garden. I could not get all the bark I needed to fit into my vehicle in one trip, so I had to split it up over two days. Both days I purchase around 20 bags and both days I was assisted by Nick. Nick was awesome!! He loaded all those bags for me into my vehicle. He was so professional and nice and i truly appreciated all the assistance he gave me. Thank you Nick!

Sadly this place is a no go for blinds or appliances the customer service is the worse. They made so many mistakes measuring windows to put blinds. The place is not what a homedepot should be. These people could care less on customer service.

Just went through self checkout… your sales associate Ryan was awesome! Very polite and nice! Gave eye contact and seemed very interested in our conversation! Pat on the back!!!

Store is well stocked and clean. Has what I need. In a great location and easy to get in and out of the parking lot, even with a large trailer.

The staff is wonderful. Never had a problem with getting help finding things or flagging someone down for a question. It seems someone is always right there.

Lauren and Wendy at the pro desk are awesome! Always prompt, helpful and, when I am a bit difficult, patient and understanding. I look forward to seeing them there as they make everything I do in Home Depot easier.

Unqualified help , if you buy certain things and return to get parts a few months later they are not available and the reason given is we don’t carry that brand anymore for example grill parts, lawn equipment parts are just a few examples. They pack the isles with so much merchandise that you cannot even navigate the store. God forbid there is ever a fire in the store and you need to exit quickly 😳. I avoid shopping there when possible and go to true value or ace hardware it may cost a little bit more but the service and time savings is worth it.

It's clean and well organized, but they had a limited selection for products that we specifically needed. Walmart ended up having what we wanted instead. A disappointment really because this home Depot was close to home and I ended up having to travel far away to get the simple standard AC filter our apartment needed.

This place is always helpful and handy. The staff provides customer service and support in every department. They have a great selection of rentals in the Tool Rental department with helpful and courteous staff.

Decent location, you have to corner employees to get help but then it's fine. Nice selection and prices. They do need to water more in the garden department, especially the plants in direct sunlight.
UPDATE: Employees are even worse these days. If you use their curbside pickup, you wait an extremely long time after telling them you're there. I just picked something up earlier and I had to call and remind them that I was there.
