Go somewhere else. I had a horrible experience with this place. Nobody ever has an answer. You order doors theu say 4-8 weeks. It takes 10 weeks and a door is damaged. They say 15 days for the damaged door. It takes 30 days. Horrible. I wish i could give 0 stars

Great prices and the nice service. Answered our questions. Sucks that we didn't buy anything as we didn't have a car that day and we found the same store closer but nice store.

I suggest for future consumers to simple purchase their custom cut doors from another supplier to avoid any and every complications.

I am a contractor buying from them materials on a regular basis. Never returned anything except 3 boxes of floating floor that we had opened and they were not interlocking with the rest of the batch. They explained to me that there is a letter difference on the bar code. When I asked them how can I know that since they have them in the same palet and they have the same color and size. Still refused to exchange them because I had opened the boxes. Lost 2hrs to bring 3 of the 50 boxes I bought last week back and find the right ones. That’s after 25k of purchases with the store this year alone and never complain about anything. They see me every week in their shop but the customer service is awful. The manager is the most unprofessional I have ever met. No respect for the pros that support him. I told him it’s the last time that he sees me in his shop. He did not care one bit.

Good prices for all moldings and doors. They do not have black or other colored doors there. Special orders take several months. They will not make any cuts for you there as their saw is broken and has been for the past 6 months......

They know what they are talking about and they pointed out tiny details I had missed while shopping in other stores. Such as choosing a door casing at least one or 2 mm thicker than the floor moulding. Looks professional.
