Jon recently renovated 2 bathrooms for us; a main family bathroom and an en-suite. From the beginning Jon was professional and responsive. He always replies to messages and turns up when he says he will. He provided a detailed quote with individually priced items and computer generated images.
During the work Jon was friendly, tidy and completed the project ahead of schedule. He consulted me throughout the work and seemed to genuinely care that we were happy with everything (we discussed the tile design at length!)

Jono created two amazing bathrooms in our 18th century cottage. One en-suite and the other was two bathrooms made into 1. He was professional, informative, on time and had great customer service. He offered advice when it was needed and 'held our hands' through the whole renno. Kindly advising us that due to the nature of the house and the undulation of the floors, we should think about using laminate flooring instead of tiles due to the flexibility of the former. A great tip otherwise we would be replacing the floor in less than a year! Huge thank you to Jono and his team for everything you did. Would highly recommend!
