Andy and his team are skilled, professional, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. He's been a great partner over the years in renovating and restoring our Brooklyn townhouse. Andy himself is communicative and solutions-oriented. No job too big or too small, from gut renovations to more simple fixes. Can't wait to dive into the next project with him!

A big renovation can cause a lot of anxiety. It is much easier if you find a good contractor. That is our experience with NY contractors. Andy and his guys proved to be reliable, hard-working, and knowledgeable. They did our kitchen, and the main bathroom, installed wooden floors and doors throughout the house, and we can say they did a high-quality job. There were other things they improved. These improvements meant a lot to us, like painting all the windows and radiator covers. Attention to detail was unbelievable. It is hard to say what our favorite is, gorgeous bathroom, white and indigo kitchen, or the banister Andy made for us, a simple, elegant art. Their work ethic is commendable, cleaning everything after they finished was great. It is refreshing to have contractors, who are so readily doing their best and repeat saying, they want to make you happy. It is rare to hear it today. It is important to say that everything was done on time.

Andy and his company did some work for me to repair a solar installation. He was communicative, efficient, effective, thorough and professional. A fairly simple problem caused by a poor installation and made worse due to denials by solar company was finally repaired after 5 years thanks to them.

I had a fantastic experience working with Andy and his crew on some interior renovations in our apartment — wallpaper, tiling, replacing bathroom fixtures and some light repairs. From estimate to scheduling to doing the work, Andy was a fantastic communicator with an attention to detail and strong understanding of aesthetics. He was direct in explaining what would be easy or difficult, why we might choose to do things one way over another, and what he would recommend. I decided to hire them because I was confident that they cared deeply about the quality of their work. I was not disappointed! Andy was always very easy to get on the phone, schedule the work with, and they were able to complete the job in exactly the 2-day window they had proposed. The quality of the work is excellent — everything looks perfect. I look forward to hiring them again in the future.

Called for estimate, two guys came and left , had to call them again. Promised will provide quote, but after texting them for 3 days , no response at their end. Called other companies and recieved quotes next day.
Not professional and poor customer service and behavior. I would not deal with them on project that cost over 100K

We worked with Andy and his team on a bathroom remodel prompted by a shower pan leak. We were impressed by the thoroughness and attention to detail throughout the process. Andy is uncommonly responsive and they were always on time. They were a little more expensive than other bids, but we suspected it would be worth it and we were not wrong. We recommend their work and will certainly hire them again!

We loved working with Andy on our bathroom remodel. He was incredibly communicative, professional and so fast! He gave good suggestions and had a high attention to detail. He was also super responsive to some minor issues that came up after the job was finished and showed up the very next day to take care of everything. Couldn’t ask for anything better in a contractor!

Our roof was causing leaks into the house. We got estimates from several contractors. New Royal Construction quoted back with a competitive price and completed the job with professionalism and quality work.

I needed a bunch of work done on my house (painting, roofing, removing cable wires). They completed the work quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend their services for any work that needs to be done.

Bottom line, I would definitely use Royal again, for several reasons.
Over the years I have used many contractors, with mixed results.
This was a big job taking over 2 months. My home is very old and
that means all kinds of issues come up when you remove the entire
exterior and reconstruct it.
Royal handled Every Issue professionally! They had the manpower to
get it done and NEVER missed a day's work (except for rain days).
The crew was very skilled and did a great job.

Most of all they are patient and accomodating. They never said
no to any request I made and didn't charge for every little extra
that needed doing on such a large job (and there were many).

So they get a 5 star review and my personal recommendation for
a job done incredibly well.

Andy is the best contractor we have ever hired and we highly recommend NY Home Improvement Services. Andy and his team were simply AMAZING and we have been raving about his work ever since they finished – so this review is overdue! Andy obviously takes great pride in his workmanship and it shows. He worked closely with us to understand what we wanted, and was hands on in the work, ensuring the quality of everything was up to the highest standards. His team was consistently professional, punctual, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. Andy was open, honest, and able to trouble shoot unexpected items without it costing us more money. He finished the work on time and for the same amount originally quoted. Andy’s work exceeded our expectations and he even started hours early to hand carve a beautiful oak transition molding for our pocket door. We are so very happy with the work that he has done for us. Poor building practices, these guys did not follow building code in short they built us a unsafe structure. Construction had to be redone by another company because their work would not pass inspection. They were cheaper then most and so was their work.

Good Contractor very reliable build all my three stores

Andy did stucco work for the backyard exterior wall of my house. He was very knowledgeable and had a thorough plan before starting the work. His workers were friendly, very organized, and had great craftsmanship.

My roof needed to be done last year because I had some leaks. I got a lot of estimates from different companies, but all of them were giving me some crazy estimates.I was talking to a friend of mine when I was in NY and I told her that I was looking for a professional but affordable roofing company. She said that she had the right people in mind...Sino Empire Restoration...they did her roof couple of years ago and she was so happy with their work. So I decided to call them and they came to give me an estimate here in CT {no charge...that's commitment..). They gave me a great price and I agreed. They were professional and finished in time. The roof now looks great and did not leak at all this winter. They promised to give me a good deal for my sidewalk too and I am going to call them as soon as I save some money. I highly recommend them.
