Cancelled our order from another flooring shop because they brought us wrong planks. This really sucks because it delayed us for a month to move in. Thank god we met Frank. He offered us very quality floor. And the installation guy Shally did a very good job. Good customer service as well! Love the way our flooring looks like! Highly recommended.

Avoid this shop.
I put down deposit and the shop gaurantee that I will get my money back if the strata doesnt approve floor board install. A few days later, strata didnt approve the installation and I went back to ask for refund. The shop owner told me that I need to get an official letter from the strata to prove that it was rejected. I went back and got the letter, the shop owner still refuse to refund.

I left this negative feedback a few times but every time they were able to remove the reviews.

Hedi helped me decide which rug would be suitable for my application and she was so right. Our rug is perfect and it was delivered by a very courteous and helpful driver . Thanks so much

Of our full renovations, this store gave us the worst service and the biggest headaches.

Unprofessional, misleading, dishonest and terrible after sales support.

It all started when the salesperson Sam requested the final and full payment weeks before installation that did not follow the quote and agreement.

As soon as full payment was done, floorboard installation was cancelled three times, they mentioned COVID but simply stopped answering phone calls, disappeared, didn’t respond to our emails and calls for days. Had to escalate to the store owner and the owner also stated, “sorry I am also not able to get in contact with my employee”.

Installation day arrives, the head layer had the worst attitude, yelling at us and his two colleagues all day. Shouted at us multiple times, did not want us to ask questions and was not prepared to answer basic questions until the installation was done. Being a foreigner myself I appreciate that English is not the first language for many people, but basic understanding and respect is expected, especially when you are paying over 10k.

To make matters worse, just before leaving, the head layer decided to wash his mouth and spat on our kitchen sink.

And that was not the worst part, we were advised a full refund would be done for unused boxes, several calls, texts, emails to receive our refund and just playing games. Very unprofessional and unnecessary stress caused for a simple service. Took multiple threats, multiple visits to the store, just to hear terrible excuses and weeks to take action and refund what was owned to us, four people passing the buck to each other, lying through their teeth.

Take your money elsewhere and stay away from this shoddy business.

If i could give this place less than a star i would. We bought a rug about 5 weeks ago and when we bought it they said it would be two weeks until we could collect (which they failed to tell us until we had paid - first red flag).

We called after two weeks of not hearing anything and they said it would be another week and so the story continues for another three weeks..

We asked for our money back as we don’t believe we will ever receive the rug, they advised it is not their policy and they do not refund money. Its now been 6weeks we called Saturday and they said definitely available today, we called today Guess what… it will be here tomorrow… ill believe it when i see it. I would never buy from this place again and i will be telling all of my friends and family about this awful store and customer service - or lack of!

Over the last two months, I have bought SEVEN rugs here, ranging from a doormat to a 3x2 meter traditional Persian rug. They are all beautiful, even the doormat! They have held up to wear and vacuuming, and look fantastic in my home. I particularly recommend the handmade wool rugs in traditional Persian designs and machine-made wool-silk blends (pictured, along with a hallway runner). Both are a pleasure to stand or sit on ... more than a pleasure: a delight. And the prices were startlingly reasonable. You can buy a gorgeous, startlingly comfortable rug for hundreds (not thousands) of dollars. Highly RECOMMENDED.
