I took about 13 items to the dressing room. Ashley gave me a dressing room with all 13 of my items. I purchased everything and left 3 crop tops that did not belong on hangers. I found them on the side tables next to mannequins. So I had 10 pieces of items in my hands and Zara asks me " are you getting those shirts?" I said " no just what I got in my hands. " she says " okay good put those on hangers then" I told her, "my hands are full and I cant" and she says " next time don't try anything on" I told her " i dont work here" she then repeats herself yelling at me in front of customers. Ashley comes from some corner and yells out obnoxiously to me " DO YOU NEED SOME HELP". I walked off and came to pay with a very professional African American girl with mini pigtails. She politely gave me info for the store manager and proceeded to check me out.
Ashley wasn't done and decides to come all riled up and tells me " You are so rude and nasty just so you know" I again told her, I do NOT work here sis. She said " but Still you are so rude"
If only those little girls had realized the 3 items left behind were crop tops with no hangers, they'd save their hormones for home and NOT WORK.
Your job is to do retail. Not make customers do your job for you.
Also one of my items was missing a tag and the lady said " I need to go grab one for you" I said " no worries I'll grab one for you". So as I left to go get one, Ashley reaches over into her ear and says something and laughs. My boyfriend doesn't know English that well but he knows she said something about me. And the girl checking me out did not respond to her childish remark.
So thank you young lady for keeping it professional. So glad they have you on their team. They need to learn a few things or go work at Chuck E Cheese.

My experience being a girl who is "slightly " overweight, (Allot overweight) was made amazing because of the Store Manager Sequoia! She under my insecurities and worked with me and my friends to make the experience easy and as less dramatic as possible. Kudos 👏 to her for taking care of her clients! Thank you so much!

This is my 2nd time here, getting a gown for a Gala and the service is EXCEPTIONAL & the store attendants are always friendly & super helpful. Very patient too, as we come as a group and they’re able to assist us with a smile always.

Amazing customer service!! I wasn’t too sure on what dress to get for prom but I had an employee named Zara help me find the perfect one and I havent been able to stop thinking about it since! Will definitely be coming back the next time I need a cute dress and such awesome and attentive service from Zara.

I’m actually sitting in the store right now! The ladies, Miss Sequoia and Miss Brooklyn greeted us when we walked in! They were bright, bubbly and ready to assist us! They have been accommodating and fluent in the dresses we are interested in. They have taken time with us to discuss the dresses and the available options.

I was in a rush and i walked in and told the young lady what i wanted, what colors and my size and she found me 5 dresses and she helped me pick the best one. The service was amazing in here! Sequoia was great!

I had a wonderful experience with every worker while I was there + I love the new cute clothes I got!
I tried a new pay in installments thing called “Zip” that they were advertising, but when I used it to check out, it took the money from my account but didn’t work on their side. There was lots of confusion and lots of calls to their higher up management. During this whole ordeal, the manager and the worker at the cashier were helping me the entire time, they were telling me what steps they were taking and what we could do to find a solution to a unique and annoying problem. The manager called corporate for me and helped figure everything out.
During that time, since it was taking so long to figure out, I ended up getting symptoms of about to pass out. I was getting nauseous, my ears started to cut sound out, and black spots were popping up in my eyes, I could barely stand. I asked if I could sit down anywhere but they had no seats and directed me to the nearest shelf I could sit down on and the manager immediately got me water.
I honestly am so glad that they were there during this whole problem. They helped figure everything out and helped me get my health back to normal.
Unrelated to that experience, but the girl working the dressing room was also so sweet! Making small talk with me and letting me take in all the clothes to try on.
All the girls working there are so wonderful and it’s just an addition the cute clothes they sell as well :-)

First, Fossil can get really busy on weekends. Go during the week if you can. They have all the trendy bags and watches, nicely displayed. The staff is above-average helpful. It's a great store!

Had a great experience at Fossil while I have moved from new Fossil watches purchases. I still have several Fossil's that I still love and wear. I have many now that are working and sport a updated look with the new watch bands I purchased during my visit. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for terrific service.

I was literally just in there less than 5mins ago. Zero employee engagement even though there were 5 employees doing absolutely NOTHING. I’ve carried and worn Fossil for over 20 years and have never been treated like a non person….until today. All these people should be fired.

So I've been a fossil watch fan for a long time but recently had issues finding someone to fix my white face watch which the battery could not be opened by any other store or employee. Today I meet Kassandra and she was absolutely amazing and got my watch I've not been able to use fixed. Amazing service and Kassandra is amazing! This is the store to come to.

Kassandra and her co-worker were just fantastic! We walked in at 20 minutes until closing for 9 watch batteries, just sure we'd need to pick them up later since it was so late. But they flew into action and graciously changed our all out batteries quickly and with the most friendly manner. Fantastic customer service even so late in the day... what a great pair!

Exceptionally friendly staff willing to put in the work to go the extra mile. I arrived 10 minutes before closing on 12/29/2022 (a Thursday evening) because we'd forgotten to get a last-minute gift embossed. I was fully aware that the store was about to close and had no expectation they'd be able to help me today. But help me they did. The two employees (one amazing, kindly woman and one younger man) were very helpful and welcoming and refused to hear my apologies of being so late close to closing. The embossing machine was already fired up and they immediately went to help me. While we were waiting for the embossing, we even chatted and shared a bit about each other's lives! I left the store with a freshly-embossed item 5 minutes after having entered and a smile on my face. I hope someone from FOSSIL Corporate sees this—you have the right people! Thank you!
