Dinner sucks. Pork loin is extremely tough and dry and even the gravy sauce couldn't quite hydrate it enough. The bread pudding was doughy and lacked any sweet or eggy taste to it. The rapini was overly bitter and I couldn't finish it.

They do not have any service. Front desk is rude. If you don't want to ruin your mood, do not stay here

Absolutely not recommended! The price is low, but it's still way too expensive. Even in prison the accommodation is surely better. You must bring everything towels, soap, toilet paper... The cleanliness and dilapidation of the rooms, bathrooms and showers is pitiful. Good luck if you are able to sleep despite the excessively noisy ventilation and the springs of the mattress piercing your back.
Good selection of different food options. The pricing of some items is immoral though. A Bubly costs $2.50 whereas a 12-pack at a grocery store costs $5.50, which means they’re marking them up 400%. From their website: “We take great pride in… giving our students the optimum value and quality for their money.” LOL as if. If you’re eating here it’s probably because you have to though, so enjoy.
If you have enough money to stay in another hotel please do, Do not ever book this place. They did not clean the rooms or wash the towels. There was lots of garbage in my room when I checked in and the towel had stains. They also charge you $60 for a late 2 hour checkout. The rooms smellls like mildew and so do the bathrooms. If you have enough money for a better place to stay I suggest you do so.
Location is good! Close to Chinatown. Lots of restaurants there. You got a single room for about 50 CAD. Toilet was a bit far from my room. It was clean. The shared kitchen was a mess. The staff were ok
Beds were just a step above cots: creaky and hard thin mattresses. Cheap, coarse linens and towels. Building and rooms have overall hideous depressing institutional 60s-70s era design. Concrete walls and hard floors. Doors didn't seal well. Children on summer field trips outside in the hallways yelling all night. Bathrooms had no ventilation so they were hot stuffy poop swamps from about 8-11am everyday. Horrible stay. If my work hadn't paid for it, I would have left after the first night to find something else. Would not recommend.
You have the room to yourself so that's a big plus for solo travelers. There is AC and heater you can adjust in the room as well. However, the bed is not comfortable, at least for me. The washrooms are kept clean at all times. I don't know if it's the design of the building but its
gray industrial walls could use some paint. The price is outstandingly cheap considering other student housing types where you pay the same price for just a bunk bed cramped with 3 to 9 other people in a room.
