Muy lindo el lugar, pero la última vez ordene unos chilaquiles que por cierto sabía y olía bastante mal el pollo, ni siquiera se quedó a la mitad mi plato espero sea un descuido pero fue muy desagradable

Wouldn't normally give a Starbucks a 5 star review but I also don't normally like their coffee. If I'm spotted there it's usually because I'm picking up something for others, although I've developed a fondness for their sausage biscuit and dragonfruit lemonade in the States.

However this Starbucks is conveniently located in the middle of La Isla across from the Westin (about a 3 min walk across the street). My wife needed here Macchiato fix so took the walk over most mornings.

They have a slightly different selection of food than what you find in the US but most of the regular coffee options. Pumpkin spice hasn't made it's way down to Cancun yet although it's full swing in the US in mid-September.

English is hit or miss depending on who's working the counter but it wasn't ever a problem making an order. However if you want any type of dairy in your brewed coffee you'll need to ask as they keep it all in the fridge (makes sense given the usual heat).

My very pleasant surprise was the mellow "medium" coffee they were serving that week. I'm pretty certain it's a local blend and is very different from the strong, almost burnt, taste I usually have to suffer when there's no other options around.

Watch your step exiting the store as there's a little 1-2" drop that seems to get me every time. Staff was always friendly and the whole place is clean and cool. Recommended if you're a Starbuck's fan or not.

** Edited to add that the prices are a tad lower than what I would expect in the US. And that's at a fairly poor exchange rate of 17:1 while we were there. Maybe the prices change again during high season but certainly didn't feel I was being gouged.

Me parece un buen lugar para tomar algún refrigerio junto a ti persona favorita, obviamente la atmósfera se presta, en relación precio producto estaría bien verificar la presentación de los platillos, en especial la malteada de fresa super Deli pero servida en una copa diferente ala de la foto que anexo sería mejor. ;) Me pedí unos molletes con pepperoni la verdad 10 de 10.

Buen lugar , lo más rescatable de la zona , espacio tranquilo para ir con la pareja o con la familia , música en vivo , comida rica, precios alrededor de los $150 por platillo Frappes riquísimos y tienen plátanos fritos y birria 👌🏼

Adorable Cafe, delicious breakfast and coffee, friendly and welcoming environment.

Es un lugar muy bonito y cómodo, fuimos un domingo a medio día entonces no hubo gente y el servicio estuvo excelente. La comida sabe muy rica, los chilaquiles son grandes. Mi única sugerencia por ahora sería mejorar el agua de piña, ya que sabía solo a agua con hielos, no sabía nada a piña :(

Nice staff but the coffee is 99% milk and just a whisper of coffee. Really need to put a full shot of espresso in. Cool food options. Usually short lines but kind of messy.

Very nice Starbucks. I enjoyed having a drink and stopping at their installations with nice air condition after walking through the mall in the hot and sunny cancun.

Service is very fast and staff very helpful

Not crowded at all. La Isla II is new and not many people have ventured in. The Starbucks wifi was strong that it easily supports Zoom meetings without connection lags or drops.

Very good place, its pretty big, I love thedonuts they have. I didnt found any wifi. Lovr to go there dring cofee after a big diner.
