We went at 3pm on a Saturday. It was not crowded, the salad bar was excellent. Everything was great, fresh, perfect. The ordered food was good, too. Service is good and friendly. There was music playing (I'm not a fan of that), but it was not loud, nor hard. I recommend positively.

Food was excellent. Great soup & salad bar. Steak and jumbo shrimp was served hot and just how I ordered them. As good as my dinner was I found the service even better. The waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable and friendly. The female assistant manager, Ericka Pere's may have been the best part of my experience at this Sizzler in Yuba City. She made her way throughout the dinning area speaking with people and checking to be sure everything was as her customers expected. She actually cared that everyone was enjoying their evening at the Sizzler. This lady obviously enjoys her job. 5 Stars to Ericka !! Hope to see her again....

The food was good even though it took 45 minutes to receive. Requested lemon water but never got the lemons. Waited for the waitress to come back and request them, but she never came back to check in or give updates on food. Had to get the manager to get lemons and the manager, never provide an update on food either. My expectations were low and still not met.

I ordered a Trio combination with a salad bar. Everything was good decor the steak. It was all fat with really no redeeming quality at all. All of the other items were excellent. An assistant manager came to the table and asked if everything was fine. I said yes, except the steak. She said that she would talk to the cook. Big deal! How does that help me??? I wish she would have offered a gift certificate or other steak. I was disappointed. I will be back but I will NEVER order a steak there again.

FIRST AND LAST TIME WE WILL EVER EAT HERE. We had issue after issue from the my plate tasting funny as though the food had been reheated from 4 days ago, I was served regular coke when I ordered coke ZERO SUGAR (due to a health condition in which regular soda can make me VERY sick), was also served under cooked meat (pink even though I asked for well done), bacon that was practically cooked by the sun and dried of its flavors (talk about captain crunch), though the one thing and I mean the one thing that topped off our first time experience was the CRISPY FRIED FLY. YES, I SAID IT, FLY! THIS BUG WAS COOKED WITH MY HUSBAND'S FRIES AND ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PILE (how do you not see this on top before you are plating the food?!). Trust me, had that fly been a garnish on top of his plate, we wouldn't have even taken a second thought and would of left immediately. The assistant manager was just as in shock and took the food straight to the back before I could even take a picture. We did get a refund but, at this point can only hope we don't get sick or an upset stomach this weekend... DOES NOT even deserve one star. Thank you, Sizzlers.

My boyfriend & I live 90 miles apart from each other, and Yuba City happens to be the midway point. Several months ago, we started doing midweek date nights to lessen what felt like a long stretch between weekends. For our inaugural date night, we chose the Sizzler. And we keep coming back so I guess this is our spot!

Dining is different in a post-covid world, but this particular Sizzler has figured out how to do a salad bar that is always fresh, well stocked, and sanitary. The kitchen also puts out some really tasty steaks!

What really makes this Sizzler really memorable, though, is the outstanding service. Last night, our server Alex kept our drink refills coming and was attentive in a way you’d expect in a fine dining establishment. The manager, Ricardo, is there every time we come in and he treats us like royalty. But it’s not just us! Ricardo goes out of his way to ensure every guest is greeted and attended to in a way that feels authentic. And we keep coming back because of that!

The main reason I decided to visit this location was due to the clam chowder. However, I have to admit that after trying it for the first time at this location, it didn't quite match up to the outstanding clam chowder I've enjoyed in Arizona. It's possible that there have been changes to the ingredients or recipe, resulting in a different taste. Despite the slight disappointment with the clam chowder, I must emphasize that the service provided at this location was great and the internal decorations were very charming.

This place is usually very busy but the service is quick. The steak is under seasoned and unevenly cooked. The mashed potatoes are very plain. If you're looking for flavorful food, I recommend the honey garlic shrimp.
