The perfect Thai food in Tehran. Takes you back to home (Thailand) 🫠
Taste of food were fine and delicious
Very poor quality and too expensive.
It seems that the restaurant didn't understand what Thai food is and just tried to offer a very bad copy of this fantastic cuisine
A perfect Thai Restaurant
قبلا آشپز تایلندی داشتند غذاشون خوب بود ولی بعد دو ماه رفتم و کیفیتشون افتضاح بود و اصلا مثل قبل نبود و قابل خوردن نبود اصلا پیشنهاد نمیدم
I recommend this restaurant. The price is high but it is worth trying. You can experience a new taste.
If you are looking for proper Thai food you won't find it here in Iran! However, this place is better than the rest.

Pretty tasty but the portions were VERY large; one dish for two people is enough; the food was also very rich with a lot of different tastes and ingredients !
Nestled in Sa'adat Abad, Thaifood restaurant offers vibrant flavor of Thai dish. The place is small with only limited outdoor seats. However, it's a must-visit for Thai cuisine enthusiasts seeking charming flavors! I suggest "Ka pao nia" and fried rice.

We looked forward to eating here, finally we did, and every dish was repulsive. Disapointing food and very expensive. The people that cook in Tara thai cannot cook.
I recommend Phat thai, Tad Lok Chin and Tom Yum Kunq. Papaya Salad is chilly but the taste likes which I had in Thailand.
I don't recommend Pat Gai Pao, too salty! For the dish Seafood, the shell is big but the meat is very small. These two dishes used so many Soya Sause.
I think you can enjoy Thailand taste here.
Tara Thai offers a great atmosphere with polite staff.

However, their Pineapple fried rice lacked pineapple and was not even served in a pineapple, and their Pad Thai was not authentic with overcooked noodles.

The appetisers were decent yet overpriced, but overall the food may not meet expectations for those seeking authentic Thai cuisine.
Foods are good. But this restaurant only have outdoor seats.

“Copacetic heavenly Persianized Thai food” that has become more palatable for Persian taste than they first opened yet still nothing less than a highly memorable dish.

🥇Asian cuisine in Tehran 2022

*Quality of food: 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
*Freshness of ingredients and recipes: 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
*Owner/staff’s interaction: 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Ambiance: 2/5 🌟🌟

👎👎👎*No toilet, no sitting indoors, cheep tables and chair, sitting on the sidewalk of a dead-end street, outdoor heating system 👎👎

Disclaimer: I have been to this place and their older spot many times throughout the last 4 years or so and became a regular costumer.
The food was spectacular. I think the pricing was fair and what i liked about the restaurant was that they didn’t overdue it like other international restaurants. The plate was simple, yet fairly portioned. I just didn’t like the fact that you need to pay before being served. Felt weird.
You can find many different sea food here and they had very good Thai food you would not be disappointed but the have a few table and don't accept reservation so have to go there and find your seats they opens at 19 for dinner and they are off on Mondays

Is good to have a Thai restaurant In Tehran as I’m a big fan of Thai food, the meal portions are big and generous, the only thing I wasn’t big fan of taste ,to me wasn’t authentic and original
The food was good. The staff was kind. The Kapao which is my favorite Thai dish the taste quite like in Thailand but only it was to much sauce, too juicie. I will be giving a 5 stars only if the place have seating indoor also but unfortunately no, there is only outside seating the restaurant provided the heater tho. And also no toilet.
I recommend this to everyone, specially to those who eat spicy meals (you can order without spices though).
The price is reasonable because You get filled up bowls for each order.
orders in the photos are:
1. Kimchi (if you want to test a real kimchi in Iran, order this one.)
2. Ladna (soy sauce soup with Thai noodles.)
3. Fried Chicken with Shrimp
It might not be a fancy restaurant, but food quality is divine. One of the best of it genre in Tehran.

Price is fair. $$

Awesome thai foods. The taste is awesome. Somehow its localized to Iranians taste. The owner is iranian but lived in thai for a long time ( as he was telling his story)
And cooks and waiters are from thai.
Totally its really nice
One of the few places in Tehran where you can get spicy food. Simple set up but tasty selection of Thai dishes. Seems popular with the locals. We stopped by the place on our way to the airport to fly back to Kuala Lumpur. We were craving for spicy food after 4 days of local fare (not that there's anything wrong with Iranian dishes). Someone in our group found the place via Google Maps and we decided to give it a try. Good decision.
I really like this place. It's one of a few places that you can get something different than usual fastfoods and restaurants. The owner of the restaurant is a kind Thai lady whom I met only once.
The food is awesome, but most of the menu is hot/spicy food (personally I like hot food!)
The fact that decorations and table/chairs are far from fancy, just adds to the positive/good feeling you'll have while eating there.
