The beef in our red curry was tough. The spring rolls had something that made them very hard. They didn’t seem fresh though very hot. Too expensive and left me sorry to say goodbye to this place.

Great food, beautiful atmosphere! We came with no booking in the avenue, even if It looked pretty busy, Rafael found us a table. We spent a wonderful night between food and laughs i can tell It wouldnt be te same without Rafa! Thank you very much, we'll definitely be back!

Very bland Pad Thai with “frozen veggies” and same with our other main meal. $30 for a Pad Thai which needed two serves of chilli for flavour wasn’t great.

We love the food and one of the rare places you can still feed a family of four for less than 100$. BYO is the cherry on the top. We love it.

The customer service of the young girl who answers the phone and stands at the counter is terrible! She is rude and doesn’t listen, she rushes you to finish speaking and does not understand how to interact with people or customers. She is a disservice to the restaurant which is sad because the food is absolutely lovely, this is my favourite Thai restaurant and it’s devastating that a single person can dishearten my experience like this. Food is great and I would still recommend this place to enjoy the food, but to the owners of the restaurant the young girl is brings the quality of your restaurant severely down.

Good main meals and flavour. My only negative review is size of spring rolls and what you pay for them. Four for $12 I expect a 4 large spring rolls not mini size.

waited too long for our meals, as the resturant was concentrating on takeaway orders, they need to make sure, people with kids get served first.

A Day in BKK is always a pleasurable place to meet friends and enjoy a beautiful fresh meal.
I don't think we have ever had a bad meal in all the years we have lived in the area.
Even the takeaway is delivered hot and in a reasonable amount of time.
The delivery driver is very respectful 🙏 and kind.

This is great authentic Thai . The lady who owns this restaurant is fantastic consistent chef. A real Gem of the Chelsea area. The decor is an older style but don't let that take away anything from the beautiful meal the restaurant produces. Love this place

Please don't come to this place. I waited 40 minutes for service and yet I didn't get anything. They prioritise take away over in house dining, and that's why there is a delay. Also asked them how long the wait time will be and they made me wait 15m for a reply.

I get why it's called a day in BKK, BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEND A WHOLE DAY TO GET YOUR FOOD.

The food seems to be getting worse everytime I eat there. Thai beef salad missing ingredients. Jungle curry was served as a clear very watery soup. Sunday night and restaurant was empty. It shows people know the quality of food has dropped off considerably.

Beautiful food def worth trying out

It had been a few years since we had been here for dinner! The food was average, small portions and extremely overpriced. I understand the cost of living has gone up, but compared to other Thai restaurants in the area, this place is ripping its customers off! The restaurant was freezing cold, no drinks offered, once we had our meals we did not see the waiters until it was time to pay. Service and food has gone down hill, unfortunately we will not be returning!

Very disappointed I used to come very regularly for years. Prices have gone up at least 30 percent for a lot smaller dishes.
Soup was very sweet I think possibility added alot palm sugar. We weren’t offered drinks or desert.
Thai beef salad was tasty but more like a cucumber and onion salad.
Place was quiet I could see staff chatting in kitchen.
Place was extremely cold.

I don’t feel we was having Thai cuisine, most of the dish just stir fried. Not much Thai touch. Taste standard.

tom yum soup only taste sour and hot but I can not taste lemon grass, ginger…tom yum herbs.

Great quality food, friendly service, not expensive, large portions. Pad Thai was great, so was octopus. This place is absolutely one of the local gems.

We discovered this little gem 2-3 months ago. Reading these reviews below, we don’t resonate. We love the food as there are a lot of vegan options. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We now go there for dinner every week as a little ritual.

We order the spicy calamari... for $10 and only this we got. What happen? This is not the first time we order this dish at your restaurant....😱

Positively DIVINE!! Lovely vibe upon entry met by friendly staff; decor is tasteful and food is excuisite! Consistent re: friendly & excellent service as well as food to die for - made with love. I am well travelled and a foodie. You will not be disappointed in this comfortable and meticulous charmer. Clean with authentic cuisine and extensive menu.
