This establishment is an obvious product of poor management. Zero sense of urgency in getting you seated , taking your order or delivering your food . Once food does get delivered do not even think about needing anything else such as a refill bc no one will ask . There are many other options available where you will not be made to feel like you are bothering the people that work there

Charlie is an exceptional manager! I had a couple DoorDash orders that left off my sauces and he sent my order tonight with a $20 gift card and made sure all my sauces were included. That’s the customer service I remember from when I waited tables through college. Coworkers and I will continue to frequent this place on lunch breaks for sure

Always get my boneless Hot & Fresh, never too dry. The sauce is always abundant with the wings, they're NEVER stingy with it. I almost never dine in, but when I go I ALWAYS see other people enjoying themselves. Never personally hear of any problems coming from this place.

I didn’t like the smell the place gives off. Food was a bit cold server was nice and helpful. Bathrooms smelled weird. Maybe the place is just old. I really wanted to walk out after sitting down.

i just went with my dad to get some wings, the service is very good the workers are very nice. the wings are very juicy and tender 10/10 the barbecide sauce is a must get!

I just got done trying Wings To Go on Willits rd. for the first time. They were banging!!! I can say I’m glad I got a menu because I will be going back that’s for sure. Most places now and days the legs are so big and I hate them kind of wings. If I wanted a chicken leg I wouldn’t be getting wings that’s for sure.

But here the legs weren’t to big and they made the wings well done without me asking for well done. I like that a lot. Great and friendly service also.

Food is good, but it takes 30+ minutes to get an online order and they’ve been out of regular coke for weeks.

I usually order the lemon pepper wings or the fresh chicken tenders(which are home made) with the sauce on the side. I'm never disappointed plus the customer service is amazing. This family owned Wing Stop is a hidden gem.

they sent the completely wrong order. if I pay for 10 wings and large fries for $18, how are you doing to send me 3 chicken fingers and small fries?

We went to Wild Wings on a bit of an off hour on a Sunday at 4pm. There was no wait and not many guests. Our server Nick was extremely attentive and one of the best we come across in a while (well done Nick).

First time at this location, dined in got the boneless wings (spicy garlic) and ultimate nachos. Food was decent, our server Onye was nice and attentive.

AMAZING, one of the best pizza places around. Super fresh ingredients that taste traditional. (Especially the meatball sub, yum!) Pizza is soo tasty and not greasy *at all* compared to most places around. GET HERE asap, worth it!

Had a delivery order of wings and fries. They were hot and delicious on delivery to our location. Most delivery wings are dry and cool by the time they are delivered, but not at Wingstop.

Enjoyed the Garlic Parmesan especially.

Wings to Go (Willits Rd) offers a great experience from beginning to end. The owners are so friendly and pleasant, very easy to keep me ordering from them. The wings are hands down thee best wings I have had in a very long time! They offer a wide range of menu options which is great, especially during Football season game nights! Wings To Go will always be my go to spot from now on!!!

I love everything about this place, the workers are so nice and kind to me all the time, I love their food so much especially their garbage fries 😍😍. she makes some good fries, I like to go back here every time. My favorite wing place 🫶🏼🫶🏼. keep up the good work.

Owners are very defensive and don’t take criticism or ownership well. Cursing in the background when ask for a refund or new order. Saying “the chicken is always Precooked in the morning” because customers don’t have to wait 20 mins for food” so in other words I was right!!! “ Food is old” I wouldn’t recommend no one to go there. And I consider myself a wing queen. Food was bad horrible !!!! Don’t not go there!!! I REPEAT WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I always would walk by this place but not really stop in or inquire about the food, one day I was hungry and looking In my area for food to get delivered to me and I chose this spot.

The pizza was great to my surprise. I really like it. There was a perfect ratio to make this pizza soooooo good.

This is a treasure of South Philadelphia, a hidden gem if I may. This pizzeria has been around for a few delicious decades without any disappointments. I'm completely impressed with the homemade gravy.

I visited this location 1 hour ago. I haven’t been to this location for 3 years, so took the family for a quick visit. The front desk rep wearing Apple air pods was soooooo rude. She appeared to be in a bad mood and her demeanor sure wasn’t pleasant. Ordered 40 wings, most weren’t cooked entirely or were disfigured, even while I nicely asked to cook my wings longer SMH. I know something was off because it was empty in the resturant, only 4 couples seated.

***Never coming back, had better service years ago! Serving under cooked pink wings is ridiculous!

I love the food here it’s always good however whenever I order I never get my celery or carrots and that’s the best part. Ordered twice on Uber eats to get the veggie sticks and they don’t answer the phone to pick them up when they forgot them. I spend extra for the veg on the side and they always forget them pick up or Uber eats.

I really want to like this place. Wings To Go used to be a great franchise, but this location has inaccurate prices and details on their website, which made ordering from them more expensive than I anticipated. What was more upsetting is that I ordered their 'homicide' wings, which were supposed to be their spiciest. I've had the sauce before and know what it should taste like and this wasn't it, more like a mild buffalo sauce. Either Wings To Go changed their recipe (which I doubt), or this location ran out of the sauce and just gave me something else instead. A frustrating experience to say the least.

Food was good. Went on a Wednesday night not crowded. Waiting awhile for the waitress to come and take our order. She was very attentive after our food came but then slacked off. I ordered an alcoholic drink which never came. When I asked her to make sure it wasn’t on the bill since I never received it she looked confused at the table as if she thought she brought it.

I was told THIS IS BUFFALO SAUCE? and have to pay extra for any sauce when I spent money on the wings. Absolutely ZERO courtesy! It taste horrible this is NOT BUFFALO SAUCE. ZEROOOOOO STARS. My FIRST TIME HERE AND LAST

Had an awesome time at East Coast Wings! The wings were on point - so many flavors to choose from. The staff were friendly, and the vibe was great for hanging out with friends. Can't wait to go back for more delicious wings!

The wings were amazing. They offer A LOT of different flavors. I wouldn't go any hotter than "volcanic" unless you have a professional level hot sauce tolerance.

I ordered the linguine di Alexander. It wasn't good at all. The peas are frozen. And this Sauce was terrible. I was expecting shaved parmesan. It was Kraft shake kind.

The experience was pretty cool, loved my server and the food is definitely on point, super tasty and looks like the picture 😄. Great atmosphere at the bar.

We arrived and there was no cashier the guy working asked us to order in the Ap but just a few days prior we ordered on the Ap and order was cancelled and card was charged twice so that’s why we came in. So he says it’s gonna be a minute I gotta count the drawer so we wait…. Then when taking my order he spoke so softly I couldn’t hear him over the music playing overhead. If I didn’t really enjoy the food I would definitely not come here can not wait till another location opens closer to home. This not the first time we have had issues with service.

Paid 35$ for two pepperoni pizzas. I’m not sure what it is nowadays. But ordering a pepperoni is not the same. If you don’t pay for extra pepperoni you get the BARE minimum!!! Crazy!!! Up the prices give less food!!!

Ordered 2 cheesesteak they were good the first time I ordered but tonight they were NOT good at all. They barely had mayonnaise, I asked for fried onions the onions were raw and cut extremely large and it had little to no ketchup steak was sloppy :( I’m

We went on a Saturday afternoon and there were 9 of us. The food was unbelievably good. The loaded tots were crispy, the cheese and real bacon were just heaven. Wings had a bunch of different sauces to choose from. My niece got the cheddar jalapeño which was surprisingly really good. The burger was unreal with all fresh ingredients like the lettuce, pickles and tomato. My sister was disappointed with her alcohol drink, she ordered a Long Island iced tea and it was seltzer, like soda and the waiter informed her that it was in fact made with soda, she didn’t like it. But I’d say give it a try, we had a great meal!

Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and Buffalo wings fried hard… got a white pizza with pepperoni UNCOOKED on top. No sauce??? Also received breaded wings and no Buffalo sauce. It’s NOT what I asked for! And they haven’t answered or called me back to receive a refund. Ridiculous! Do NOT order from here.

Ordered the six pieces boneless combo. Garlic parmesan flavored and they send mango habanero flavored and forgot my drink that I paid the upgrade fee for. Of course no one will answer the phone and since it was delivered I have to go through the restaurant.

This was one of the best dining experiences I have had a long time. Their popper dip had amazing flavor. They have alot of different wing flavors too! Staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely recommended.

I come here pretty often. The food is always fresh and tasty. The wings are my favorite. The Food always comes out very hot. The staff are wonderful. This is a great place to come for drinks and some chatting time. I highly recommend this place.

I spend tons of money here and I am a frequent customer to this store, only because it’s closer than all the other good pizza shops. I gave them 2 stars for food because their food is not consistent. Today I ordered the homemade panzarotti. It’s the third time I ordered them. It literally has no taste. Coming from Jersey, we have Tarantini panzarotti, which started the panzarotti and they are the best that ever did it hands down! Also with this pizza store, you can put in specifics to how you need your food and they still get it wrong. And they charge way too much to do that and not offer to correct it for free. The owner is super nice and his service is great! However, his workers aren’t the best at all. I try to order when I know I’ll deal with the owner. He has consistently served my husband and I for over 20 years. It’s only when we started having children 10 years ago that the store has gone downhill. It's a shame. The one Asian delivery driver is so nice and delivers my food with care. The other delivery drivers need to work on speed and quality of delivered food. Don’t bring my food cold! That’s why you have the red bags!! They don’t use them. Only the one delivery driver does. So we tip him very well. I work for tips so I know how important it is to give a good tip as well as to work for a good tip.
