These people are rude as heck!!! Not to mention they don't even have a delivery driver after we have been trying to place an order for 30 minutes!!! I will keep my money and cook at home these restaurants needs to be shut down. The guy that just answered definitely needs a training course in customer service. 12/30/24

I tried so hard not to write a review on this pizza hut but enough is enough. One day order some food, you didn't send the Pepsi with it, you claimed the driver stole it. Then I order another time, the order was wrog and the cheesesticks were horrendous. Now today, the pepperoni was supposed to be hand tossed, you sent thin crust, and the cheesesticks or horrible. I don't pay ya'll to send me BS out the door. I pay to get what I ordered. Sick and tired of it.

Pizza with horrible I ordered a meat lover minus the Canadian bacon guess what it came with Canadian bacon when you subtract a item you're supposed to replace it with another item which I asked for more Italian sausage there was none it was worst Pizza I had ever received from them Pizza Hut is going down way down they used to be my go-to place not anymore the last couple of times have been horrible I would have taken a pizza back but it was raining outside there was $23 of my money wasted I guess I had to eat that instead of the pizza never again... Thumbs down on that service at least on 21st and Woodlawn Wichita Kansas

Lazy workers cant do what you ask dont go to this pizza hut its definitely the worst one. Workers arent just lazy they are rude, Hope this one gets shut down truly not worth the time or money.

This is horrible restaurant with horrible staff. They don’t even know how to talk to soneone. The general manager is so rude, he does not know how to talk to people. He should be banished. Managers don’t talk like this. He doesn’t give food to dashers and says everytime to come pick it up. Everytime I do doordash, he says I’m not giving to dasher you come pick it up. And when you hear the dasher side of story, they say he does not give us order, accusses of stealing and shuts the window on our mouth. If they have so much problem with dasher or doordash, why they don’t remove their restaurant from it.

That was the oldest dough ever! It was crispy, not from the oven, but from being old! Nasty! Cost me $30 for a $13 meal. $17 in tax and delivery? Not worth it for dough that should have been thrown out!

Called the store to complain. They never answered the phone. First and last order! Threw away $30!

They gave us a sauceless pizza. When we called to advise of the issue the “manager” had the audacity to argue that they absolutely put sauce on the pizza. We offered to send pictures and they declined. If you like being gaslit, wasting money and time this is the place for you, otherwise don’t bother.

pizza literally did not have any sauce on it whatsoever. called the place and the manager tried to convince me there was sauce on the pizza while I was looking at it. do not eat here.
