Very friendly guy who makes the best stripped chicken burger in the area!

Awful service from Tamanna and Omar.
Absolutely no customer service skills, accusing the customer of being in the wrong when they got the order wrong (despite me repeating it numerous times on the phone and when I got there).
When I called and explained there had been a mistake, I was barely offered an apology and told I would need to come back with the order to receive a refund on the difference between what they gave me and what I ordered (not even a replacement for the correct order).
When I explained it would be a long drive back and the food would get cold by the time I got home again, I was told there’s nothing they can do.
I was spoken to very rudely by Tamanna and actually hung up on.
Any decent company would either offer a new order free of charge, or at least refund the incorrect item.

I am a grown woman who eats the kids meal. Their meals are rather big. Their chips are amazing too.
It's great they have changed their packaging to recycling too! ♻️

Not really had any issues with them before but this time round waiting nearly an hour for food for them to tell me it's with the driver, however this was not the case.
They then told me to contact Deliveroo who proceeded to tell me that there was a mix up at the restaurant and they don't want to remake the order.
So all in all no food and not a happy customer. Communication from the staff leaves a lot to be desired.

One of the better fish and chip shops in the area. Reasonable size chips and fish was ok. I have had better from this place. Maybe it's changed ownership. Can't rank service or atmosphere as it was a delivery order.

Been here twice and really enjoyed the food on both occasions. It was very busy when I walked in but my food was made fresh in an acceptable amount of time. Prices are a little higher than Outer London prices but the food was nice and a good sized portion. They have a lot of family deals, and choice on the menu. On my second visit I went for a beef burger and chips and really enjoyed it. Will deffo be back for more. Check them out!

Decent fish and chip shop. The chips they serve here are excellent - always cooked just right. The masala cod is nice but the seasoning is a bit too salty. The fried chicken from here is good.

A small cod, chips and mushy peas cost £8.74 which is very good value and the portion sizes were generous especially the large piece of fish. Just about the cheapest I have seen locally.

One negative point is that they put the food in plastic bags - fish and chips should never be wrapped in plastic as the steam causes the food to go soggy. Please use paper bags instead.
