I gave four stars for the chicken wings, their fries are not good at all, I gave five star for lady with the beautiful heart CYNTHIA provided us a great service, the atmosphere is great.

This restaurant’s food is amazing however, I will not return due to poor customer service I received from Donovan. I simply asked a question about which flavor of wings are the most popular and he replied all of them are. I also attempted to ask what was his most preferred flavor but he literally cut me off and stated it depends on what flavor you are looking for. It is imperative for this company to send Donovan to be retrained on customer service skills. You will continue to lose customers if Donovan continues to be in direct contact with patrons.

Are you craving Wings? This Wingstop offers the complete menu including Chicken Sandwiches, Wing Combos, Party/Group Packs and Chicken Tenders. My order is usually a Wing Combo meal which includes either fries or veggie sticks (fresh cut carrots and celery), a Dip which is either Ranch, Blue cheese or Honey Mustard and a fountain drink. They also have Ice Tea too.

They proudly serve Coke products in to-go cups and I noted that the self-serve fountain drinks are height accessible.

Service at this location is good but if you are dining in you will see that they stay busy with Carryout and Delivery orders. Check the store ours as they are open late too!

The dining room is 100% tables & chairs so you can pull tables together if you have a group. This location is in the middle of a strip center so plenty of onsite free parking.

The computer somehow lost the order but the worker there spent time looking for it and was very nice and the food was actually processing. Everything in the order was correct and as always loved our WingStop.

I worked here for a couple weeks and watched many employees leave after dealing with the manager STEVE. He constantly looks over your shoulder and micro manages everything you do through the camera and is really creepy. He is very rude and problematic he talks to his employees nasty and is unkind to them. He shows no respect to anyone working for him, so I advise you if you want to work here you might want to rethink your decision and go with a better job with a better boss who doesn’t constantly nick and pick and never appreciates you. I experienced this first hand and felt very uncomfortable. Other employees have complained as well. He doesn’t acknowledge you and treats you as if you’re beneath him . He is a terrible boss to work under and I feel strongly this needs to be handled ASAP.

This was my 1st experience in wingstop.
They definitely need to do something about the smell in the place.
It smells like raw chicken, and the smell lingers.
The boneless chicken wings came with 70% batter and 30% chicken.
I was not able to eat most of it, and I had to go to a different restaurant to have lunch again.

Great experience overall! The front desk worker was nice and welcoming, and the place was really clean. The small details were kind of left out, including missing ranch, over seasoned fries or not saucing my wings as much as I would like to have them. But I would definitely be back.

I stopped by for some food at this location on 6/7/2024 ( my first time there), I received great service from the young lady at the register who was patient with me since I was not sure which flavors to pick. Order took reasonable time. The bathroom was super clean and that’s always appreciated. The appearance of the establishment in general is delightful and also very well kept. I would return to try other flavors and items from the menu, but I was not a fan of the fries.

I ordered a 10pc wing.
They only gave me 3 flats, saying that had a shortage of flats. I was NOT made aware of this issue. I should have received 5 flats and 5 drums. This is unacceptable, and when I called I was only issued an apology for my inconvenience. I shouldn’t have to be an upcharge for all flats. Plus I wanted an even amount of BOTH. They basically gave me an All Drum order, and trying to reserve the flats for All Flat orders.
If I was made aware I was only getting 3 Flats. I would NOT have ordered from here AT ALL.

Dipping sauce did not come with the order. I had to order Blue Cheese and Ranch. I’ve never known for a place NOT to have a dipping sauce when you order wings.

In addition, I had no idea the wings would be breaded. Sauced wings should never been breaded, NAKED ONLY. And the wings are a little too big for my liking.

All in All I won’t be back.

20 ish minute wait but food is pretty good. Really recommend eating it fresh, Cajun fries fresh. Got the Yum Yum Garlic and Bourbon

The guy took my order of a "medium" strawberry cream with mango pop but did not tell me they only make it "large" until I paid. Then my friend and I tried to ask another staff not to close the cup and let us separate/share our drink. She showed an annoying face and purposely stood there without doing or saying anything. My friend asked her why you are freezes and she did not want to reply. Just two rude people. As to the strawberry cream, it is too cold and sweet for me even though I asked for no ice and no sugar.

I love the BBQ chicken sandwich. With blue cheese sauce to dip it in. Never thought I would like that combo, but dang. Fries are always good too.

Service was fast and she took extra time to say a few nice things.

I miss pumped ketchup. I really dislike individual serving packs.

I was so excited to try this place! I absolutely love wings! We came in and ordered right away. The woman who took our order said it would be about a 30 minute wait and we didn’t have anywhere to be so we were totally fine with it. We probably waited 45 minutes for our food.. but it was definitely fresh because it was hot.

We ordered the Yum Yum Garlic Parmesan (a wet Verizon of garlic parmesan) and the Kickin’ Spicy Korean. For the sides we ordered fries and the white cheddar Mac. The Yum Yum Garlic Parmesan wings was way too salty! It was hard for us to eat them. The Kickin’ Spicy Korean wings were the most basic Korean wings, nothing special. The crinkle cut fries were pretty good and the white cheddar Mac was also very good. I was happy with the sides but not the wings. And the ranch wasn’t that special either :/

They also had a Kool-aid dispenser nectar to the fountain drinks and that was absolutely delicious. Also the art inside was very nice to look at. Overall, they just were not the best wings I have ever had..

Great vibe inside restaurant. They have games and nice space. I got to sit on a launch chair and just chill while they made my milk splash Oreo wow for the kids and I. I LOVE that they now offer an Oatmilk option! My smallest (allergic to lactose) is now able to join us for our sweet treat!!

They have good tea here. Plenty of vegan friendly options. Just order the fruit teas. I've never had a bad experience in all of my years of going here.

The restaurant staff were closing up and they were so kind to let us in. It was pleasant and friendly no issues or problems. I enjoyed the fries delicious and my kid loved the wings.

The wings here used to be SOOOOOOOO good. They suck now.

We ordered 10 boneless, and 10 bone in amd fries. The bone-in are big jumbo sized wings, skin looks and feels barely cooked so we put them in the airfryer at home to get a crunchy outside 🙄.

The boneless wings are THE SIZE OF A NICKLE!! Yes, the size of NICKLE!!! Yall I was so amazed they even let us order these stupid 88 cents wings for a tiny piece of meat! I had to go and order tenders to even get satisfied. The garlic fries were very good, crisp and hot 👍 .

Overall....NEVER COMING BACK. 3 years ago, this was my favorite wing a beer spot. Now they've even been on back order for beer....SO 😮‍💨😢 yeah.....nope.

This store will not hesitate to kill you. Either the manager or the staff have zero concerns about people with medical issues. I ordered NO SUGAR, but the staff gave me a cup of milk tea that tasted really sweet. She literally told me that even no sugar tastes sweet. I ordered another one on a different day, which turned out not sweet at all. This proved that they will lie right in your face for something they messed up.

Wings were as expected, but the fries were awful. They were too salty, very very small, and tasted of old, unchanged oil, which is evidenced by the deep brown color.

Mango habanero wings were excellent.

My first time coming and I didn't really like it. Reminds me of wing-stop and I'm not a fan of them at all. Nothing brag about. I got a 8pc combo. Asked for fries to be last to cook so they're HOT, not warm when they bring me my food. Fries not hot but chicken hot. Chicken had extra grease as you see in the picture I poured out. Don't know why it's so oily when I got dry rub. Fries looked like seasoned fries but it's not seasoned and warm not HOT.

The service was somehow good, but food served seemed to be the leftovers from the frier. Fries were very very salty and almost burnt, so it was not very pleasurable eating them, the same for the lemon pepper wings. Plus the other ones were ok.

$30 for 20 wings and half looked like this, politely asked for regular sized wings and got nothing but attitude from cashier and cook, made me wait 10 minutes as if it was my fault that they had the nerve to serve that, then refused to make me fresh fries after waiting. The food itself is great but the service is terrible. They are all full of attitude and just terrible energy. They called the manager and made it seem like I was just trying to score free food which is insane.

Those pictures and videos do little justice to how good those wings were. I had the Bourbon pepper and Garden wings. Both were amazing but the Garden flavor was next level. On top of the sauce, the wings were cooked to perfection. Tender and juicy. No grease. The customer service was excellent. Professional and friendly. In the video, you can hear some music. I'm not sure I'll eat inside of Flava wings often but I'll eat those wings every time I'm on that side of town.

I enjoyed at this location. The wings were delicious and enough mixed of sauces they do better quality of wings than the popular restaurant “Wings Stop” 👍🏼😋 Very delicious and they have many option flavors for wings and fries. I might come here again on the future. I hope the workers are doing ok and keep the good job🙏❤️

Ordered the turkey wing combo in sweet n sicky and 10 wing combo in bangin blk pepper and kickin korean. Both combos absolutely delicious!!!
We ordered to-go and when opening the box at home it was still HOT and the fries still CRUNCHY! Love that.
These wings are worth the price, they are Thicc and Juicy!

First time here, employees are super nice and helpful first thing through the door. Food came out super quick. Flavor is AMAZING and very well sized and priced. Will definitely come back and recommend every time.

Good tea, prompt service. It was still really sweet after 30% was ordered. And others in my group didn’t care for their tea.

I got 4 varieties of boneless wings. All good flavor and seasoning. Crispy outside. Juicy inside. I also ordered the deal with 3 sandwiches for $12. Great Deal! I haven't tried them yet, but I'm eager.
Only issue was that it took a pretty long time and it wasn't that busy.

Overall it was an okay experience. Order was stampede, original hot and barbecue wings, they were delicious. The Nashville (hot) was great but too much Cole slaw for my liking, made my sandwich pretty messy and soggy. Ordered the Mac-n-cheese and it was cold it had to be sent back. The chili cheese and garlic fries were also good. If you’re in the mood for some wings this place will do.

First time at the store this afternoon. Ordered a regular King Fu milk tea which didn't disappoint me. The interior kinda cozy which is great for studying/relaxing. Just can't figure it out the guy behind the counter who seemed a man with a few words & a poker face.
Pricing kinda a bit high I guess cuz of franchising. Will try other drinks next time.

The Tea was actually not bad. There is only one restroom for both genders. The atmosphere is ok, no music just plain setting. The main reason for three stars is the 10 dollar min to charge for credit cards. Are you you kidding me?? Can a company get any cheaper? This is 2017, everyone has credit cards now. No one wants to carry cash. Don't be so cheap Kung Fu Tea.
