The only redeeming quality of this location is the few long term staff that remain. Management is apathetic, food quality substandard, and the location is overall dark and dingy. If you’re just looking for a cheap beer or to kill time, this is the perfect place for you.

We were glad to find a sit-down restaurant that was open at this time of night on a Sunday, as we were traveling. The hostess tried to seat us in a booth in the bar, which didn't work for me, as I'm a person of size. Luckily the manager was on top of it and offered us a table in a closed section. There seemed to be some communication issues with our server. I asked about having non-alcoholic versions of the cocktails made and she said no right away, then offered to ask the bartender. The bartender did make one for me. The restaurant charged full price for the drink, which is unusual. I don't know if this is a chain or a stand-alone restaurant, but with the sober curious movement afoot, I would think it would be to a restaurant's advantage to be prepared to offer mocktails. Maybe they are not congruent with the image of a sports bar?

The food was great. It arrived quickly. I had the clam chowder, which was hearty and flavorful. My husband and the beef filets with a sauce. The beef was tender and I liked the sauce. Our server either left or was on break, I assume, when we finished our meal, as she couldn't be found. Another associate brought us our bill and closed us out. So it was a mixed bag, but I would go back for the food.

I’d love to give this more than 1 star but we never got served.

Went in and asked to sit outside, seated pretty quickly - sat there for about 15 minutes and no one came to even get our drink order. Disappointed to say the least.

Maybe we will try again in the future if we actually get served.

Our family go-to for those days when we have forgotten to plan dinner and want decent food, near home, at reasonable prices. We're loyal GD customers for 20+ years! Love everything on the menu.

Stopped in for a quick snack. Food was good. Service and the atmosphere were excellent. We weren't rushed to order and the waiter checked on us constantly. Definitely a return visit when in the area.

Alexis was a great waiter! If you ever come here, ask for him! $10 for all you can eat boneless wings on Tuesday? Seems like a no brainer!

No complaints here! The food was good. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. I liked the casual sports themed vibe and the unique spin on many of the menu items. I would not hesitate to eat here again!

What an establishment, so much soul and good vibes. Food is great, especially the Wings are to die for. Shawn the Bartender is top notch and was a great companion during my time well spent at the bar. I'll be back! :)

The food was overcooked. We ordered takeout calzone, meat lasagna, and chicken wings, and each meal was overcooked. Meat and marinara sauces were watered down. We also decided to splurge on carrot cake and tiramisu desserts. That was a mistake too. Both tasted and looked like they were from the grocery store.

We will not patronize this restaurant again.

We came to order to this place for the first time today after visiting the pediatrician. The guy at the cashier was the rudest and gave us a really bad attitude without any reason at all, very impolite. We walk away and decided not to order, no body wants to be treated that way when paying.

Very nice and helpful service from DeShawn! He offered great recommendations and he did not disappoint! Tried the Turkey Bacon Cheddar sub on Ciabatta and it is absolutely delicious! They offer a lot of discounts to try so many different dishes, would love to try them when I come back another day!

The first time we came here the owner was working and he was super kind/freindly and food was great. Tonight we came and the cashier who also doubled as the cook was really impatient, unfriendly, and throwing things around while cooking our food. He was the only person there it seems and I dont think thats fair, given how busy they are. Hoping the hire on more staff to help out!

Food was good and reasonably priced. The only difference between the calzone and the stromboli is the shape.

Ordered a regular pie half cheese, half pepperoni, and it was great, picked it up, was ready in about 15 minutes, and still nice and warm. Delicious tasting pizza, will certainly return.

Service was fast and folks were very friendly. The calzones are terrific!! But...garlic knots should not look Ike mini donuts. LOL! I'm still going back. Also, work on the marinara sauce. It's a little weak.

This would be a one-star review, however, they got 2 stars because the red sauce is very good without being overly sweet or dense. The reason for the low review? It took 2.5 hours and a few phone calls to get the pizza I ordered. The first one didn't come with sauce and was the wrong pizza completely. My spouse’s sandwich had so much cheese it seemed like they stuck a stick of string cheese in there and then slightly melted it.
My review is based on order placed through door dash not directly through restaurant.

The Original Stromboli was hot, cheesy and flavorful. Stuffed with diced bits of ham. Not overly seasoned but just enough. It came with a marinara sauce that was slightly liquidity but still had that marinara hit I was looking for. Stuffed mushrooms were really good as well. Lots of flavor and cooked well with spinach. Can't wait to try more!

I ordered the Aroma and the Meatlover's pizzas with a side of mozzarella sticks for a Wednesday dinner around 7 pm online. Delivery was fast. Once I received a text informing me that the pizza was en route, it arrived within 10 mins, I swear.

Both pizzas were so delectable that we ordered again the following evening. The crust is soft and light. Eating 4 slices feels like you are eating three. Eating three feels like eating two. The cheese has that deep, rich, baked taste that you might associate with a Chicagi style pizza. You can really see thr cooked, bubbling, cheese on my pics.

In general, my slices were bending downwards but the cheese was not sliding off. So, you can fold them at the crust to point and they were delicious. The sauce leans on the more traditional side of a good pasta sauce more so than the sweet Papa John's or mildly bitter Dominoes.

This locale has quickly slid into my number one pizza ordering spot.

I have ordered here several times and tonight was the first bad experience but man was it bad. My Buffalo chicken pizza had nothing but stale cheese and cold chicken. No Buffalo and no sauce. Then my order of “in house” chocolate chip cookies wasn’t even a cookie OR chocolate chip. It was some pumpkin spice cake thing. I’m extremely disappointed and this will be my last time ordering here.
The quality of the food has severely dropped since they opened. I used to love getting their wings, fries and subs. I've uploaded a picture of the wings and the fries. The wings used to be a good size, now they looked like they took a baby chicken legs and fried them up. The price and quantity is the same but the size has dropped. The wings aren't even as crispy as they used to be. The fries have been half cooked multiple times. The sub steak sub looks sorry as well, I see less than half meat, lettuce and tomato are dominent in the sub. This was all a waste of money at this point.

I used to love getting food from here, but I'm being forced to reconsider.

What an amazing experience. Being from Central NY im exposed to a variety of cultural food experience, pizza and wings to the Tiramisu, on point and packed with freshness. The wings were crispy when arrived. That is hard to do for many places. They nailed it! Glad I found their menu on my hotel door.

Highly recommend them.

Definitely skip Vocelli's If' you're looking for a convenient place to order dinner for the family without a lot of hassle. If you do order from them, be sure to have a backup plan.
Summary: Wrong order, forced me to chase them down for answers, refused to make it right, no apology, not apologetic at all, wouldn't even refund the full value of the missing pizza, sketchy request for credit card info they already had.
Details: Wife and child were sick and I had to work late. She wanted pizza, so I tried to order online from Vocelli's website because they're nearby. Took a long time to get here, and when it did, the order was wrong. I had ordered 2 pizzas, one with some unusual toppings that only I like and one that everyone else would like. In place of the pizza I'd ordered for the sick members of the family was one that had a foul smell to it. I think it was mushrooms and onions, but in any case, not something anyone in this house would eat. I called the number for the local franchise to get a "wireless customer has been disconnected" message. I had to go look up the corporate help number and they called the place and said it was just busy (maybe my cell company was acting strange, but "wireless customer has been disconnected" is different from "busy" and it's not ambiguous.) Eventually I managed to contact the local Vocelli's and the guy told me the driver had mixed it up and he would call to get it corrected. 30 minutes later with a hungry 3 year-old waiting, I had heard nothing so I called again. This time they tell me it's too late, we're not going to get a pizza. This was 7:30pm and supposedly the store closes at 10pm. He says: "do you want me to take $10 off your order?" I had been charged $11.18 for the missing pizza not including delivery, tip, and tax. I said, "at least give me back the full value of the pizza that is missing." After arguing, he said he'd charge back $11. I didn't have time to waste on him since I had a sick family to take care of and work to do, so I said fine, but this is the last time we order from you. Then he pauses, and asks me for my credit card number. I had already given the order number and the address, and it was an online order that I knew was in his system. Why not just charge it back from that? I decided that $11 was not worth the risk of having my credit damaged by fraud and told him to forget the whole thing. No hint of an apology the whole time, not even an insincere one. Hey man, I get that you've had a long day, but you're not the only one. Then I had to find alternative dinner for my sick 3-year old and break the news to my sick wife that she'd have to wait for something else, too. There's a Paisano's and a Bozelli's both very close to this Vocelli's, and both have been reliable, so there are better options even if you don't like the big chains for a pizza. Vocelli is thoroughly disappointing.
In the end, I had to put the bad pizza out in the garage because of the foul smell it was making.
