This was the last good Pizza Hut in Frederick and it’s gone completely downhill the people that run that store make the nastiest pizzas and then tell you that they can’t give you a refund for making the nastiest pizza you’ve ever seen. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to serve that garbage to people.

Good food and polite staff, but because of a long-term glitch with Pizza Hut's website, this location can't deliver to locations that are five minutes away, so this is effectively a carry-out-only location if you are ordering online.

Food was good. Service was absolutely awful. One of the guys working actually looked at me and then checked his phone and walked away. I wanted to add more food to my order and instead got nothing. Absolutely ridiculous from a service business.

I was placing an order on your website but for some reason it didn't accept my credit card even though it's valid.
I called the store to try and place the order over the phone and spoke with a representative named Katherine. I explained everything and she said she cannot process an order over the phone since I was trying to do it online which didn’t make any sense because I’ve placed multiple orders over the phone. I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and she hesitated and said that the manager is not there. She placed me on hold and then hung up on me. She didn't call back or anything. I was furious and super frustrated because that’s not the way any business should handle their customer.
I immediately called back and spoke with a representative named Emie and he took my order without any issue. Once I arrived at the store to pick up my order I waited until I got my order and addressed Katherine in a very respectful manner and told her I was just on the phone with her and then I asked her why she hung up on me? She said because I couldn’t place your order over the phone because you were trying to do it online and they didn’t have the deal I was inquiring about even if it was for pickup. I was super aggravated at that answer but I remained cool. I said that is not any reason that you hang up on your customer especially after putting me on hold. You could have said I cannot do it or maybe you can come in the store and we can try to help you but for you to hang up on me that was extremely rude, disrespectful and should not have happened. I even asked her does that even make sense as far as hanging up on someone because you cannot help them and she said “no” so I asked her then why did you do it to me and she said I don’t know. She didn’t say sorry or apologize, she just stood there like she didn;t do anything wrong. I was fed up and asked for her manager again or the supervisor's name and she didn’t want to tell me at first and kept trying to over talk me but then she finally told me it was Dersy. This was an extremely horrible interaction and the representative had the worst excuse ever for treating a customer like that. There should be some type of customer serving training or performance management. I teach my workers and clients this and we strive on making sure the company and ourselves are always begin respectful and displaying positive work traits but Katherine needs to be re-trained or something and I am requesting that something be done to rectify this so myself or anyone else does not have to deal with a situation like that.

Ordered 2 pizzas, someone put well done on the ticket so they gave us a couple of black burned pizzas. Then they had the audacity to tell me to bring all the food all the way back so they could remake the 2 pizzas.

Ordered pizza to be delivered at a specific time and it was delivered 20 minutes late and was not warm. Tipped 25% up-front and was waiting for the delivery person at my front door. When they arrived, I said "thank you" and they just walked away without acknowledging my presence whatsoever. I'm never ordering from Pizza Hut again. Thanks for the uber-lousy service Pizza Hut..!

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in a long time and I was near this one today and stopped off and ordered a medium cheese with extra cheese. It was horrible! It did not taste like any Pizza Hut pizza I remember. There was no flavor, not a whole lot of cheese, and the crust was bland and boring. I tried two slices to give it a chance and ended up throwing the rest of it in my backyard. I'm calling tomorrow, I want my money back. 🤮

Don't even deserve 1 star but here we are. Ordered buffalo wings with bone and get home to eat my lunch to find boneless BBQ wings. Called and complained was told ide be reimbursed in around 3 days or so, it's been over a week and still nothing. Will never go back ever. Should of learned after the first time with hair in my pizza. This place is disgusting all of them.
