Sarah and her team at Pelsall Lane Nursery are some of the most warm, loving and honest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

My son absolutely loves coming to Pelsall Lane, the staff make us feel incredibly welcome and have the biggest smiles I have ever seen at 8am!

Sarah guards the children and the parents like they’re her own. Always full of joy and smiling from ear to ear from the moment she greets us at the door.

I highly recommend this nursery to any parent wanting their child to be in a nursery that adores the children and takes care of them with such warmth and love. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms.

I have sent both my boys to Little Rascals they are only 17 months apart so was pretty much one after the other. They have both thrived. My youngest in particular has formed an amazing bond with his Key worker. He would always ask for his Ashley when I dropped him off. I was really sad to take him away to start school nursery but it is where his brother is so I think it is better for them to be together. But I always dropped him off knowing he was going to be well looked after, entertained, loved and fed. Thank you for looking after my boys Little Rascals.

Excellent nursery and the staff are always welcoming and helpful in helping children to grow and develop. My youngest son has been going to this nursery since he was 12 months old and my oldest son attended the nursery from 12 months until school age. It is a lovely learning environment and we are very pleased with the service. In particular, the Blossom app is great for checking my son’s diary and he enjoys the music classes each week!

What a lovely, happy and secure place this is! My little girl has been here since the baby room and is now ready for Reception. The staff have helped her to learn and grow into the happy, confident and bubbly little lady, who is ready for her next chapter. Staff have come and gone but the ethos of the place remains the same, child centred and parental involvement. The staff, whether new or old, are just as excited and happy to see the children everyday and always greet you with a warm smile and a little chat at the door. I would recommend this place 100 times over to anyone!

My son went to little rascals from the age of one till going to school, the staff here are fantastic, they go above and beyond for the children in their care, the feedback we get at the end of the day is very informative and so is the information on the app. The resources in the nursery are exceptional. in preschool they have a french teacher come in to learn french through play my son loved this, and loved telling us what words he had learnt. I would highly recommend this nursery to any1 who needs childcare for their children. This nursery has helped prepare my son for school in a positive way, which can be seen in his confidence in walking into school today.

My little girl has been with little rascals Aldridge since she was 6 months and couldn't be happier. Always smiling when I pick her up and has no problems going. All the staff go above and beyond always updating the app with what activities they are doing, food bottles etc. New management in the last few months and they are amazing. Always looking for ways to improve the nursery and take on feedback. Loads of toys to play with and the roots to growth programme is brilliant. Love the fact my child is able to express themselves through all the activities there. Staff are so friendly and approachable nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

All thanks and gratitude to all the nursery staff, especially Liz and Hamza, the teacher of my son Muhammad, who was suffering from: hyperactivity, lack of focus, lack of speech, lack of communication with others, but thank God after the nursery provided him with a special teacher “Hamza” during this semester, his condition improved 100 degrees and he started talking and communicating with others And I will always be grateful to you, may God protect you all.

AVOID. Let me tell you…this nursery is just somewhere I will not send my child again. I do not feel comfortable at all with this place. They fail to update the app telling you exactly what your child is doing, their golden moments and what they eat. And when they do, they try to tell me my child has eating most of his food or all of it when I know for a fact my child NEVER eats all of his food. His golden moments haven’t been updated in a month.

Every week my child is in the accident book but apparently his watched. We got his 2 year assessment which stats he doesn’t do certain things when I know he does. So either my child doesn’t feel comfortable enough to be his normal bubbly self in this nursery or the staff fail to assess him correctly. I really do not trust these people with my child when he has a breakdown every time his taken to the nursery. I really would suggest rethinking before choosing this nursery.

This school is a very good school . The staff are so amazing . Ever since my daughter started going to valley nursery school , I have seen her improved drastically in a very good way . I love everything about the school. A big thank you to all the staff at valley nursery school for your hard work.

11 weeks ago my 2 year old hardly spoke, he had sensory issues with food, didn't like sharing and was just in his own little bubble all the time.. I was so worried he would be behind...
Since starting here he has learnt all the actions for baby shark, wheels on the bus, he's learning words every day, he's very sociable and has even ATE a banana, when untill now he wouldn't even touch one! They have clearly invested a lot of time with my son and I'm forever greatful. He's a different child!
The staff are so friendly and always on the ball, I love that the kids are divided into small groups with their own teacher. My son loves his, it used to take a lot for him to take to someone new right away.
He was due to start a nursary much closer to our home in September.. (a place I'd had his name down for since he was 6 months old because the list was so long! ) The plan was he'd start here April then leave and start his new nursery after the summer holidays. I have since canceled his placement, he's to settled and happy where he is.
The secretary is lovely, and always has time for you.

The way this nursery treat people is out of this world!!!! Discrimination, racism and lies to say the least!!!! All I can say to all parents be vigilant if you already sent your child there! People who look for decent nursery please do not take anybody’s word but do your checks as you will be surprised!!

I have been using little Rascals for over four years! My children love the place and I really feel valued as a parent. They always let me know how my children are doing and what they have been up to. Recently they have started using the diary and I love it! My child has Additional needs and they have supported not only my child but my family too. This has supported us with the transition to big school! After reading a review on here today I feel that people only hear the negative but this nursery, the staff and the management are really impressive and should be celebrated! So a massive thank you guys, please ignore them your brilliant xxxxx

THE BEST CHILDCARE PROVIDER I HAVE COME ACROSSED.
I AM A MOTHER OF 3 BOYS. AND AS I AM WORKING SINCE THEIR BIRTH I CAME ACROSS LOTS OF CHILDCARE PROVIDERS.
THIS LITTLE NURSERY IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS FROM ALL THE BABYSITTERS, CHILDMINDERS AND NURSERIES I HAVE TRIED SINCE MY SON WAS 8 WEEKS OLD.
I HONESTLY CAN SAY I AM DEEPLY GRATEFUL AND AMAZED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDED. USED CHICKS BEFORE THEIR 3RD BIRTHDAY.
MY SONS ARE IN SCHOOLS NOW AND STILL KEEP ASKING ME TO GO BACK TO VALLEY NURSERY.
