We absolutely love Upper Lonsdale preschool! Our oldest spent two years there and now our youngest is in her first year, and I cannot say enough good things about the teachers, the space, and the program as a whole! My oldest still talks about the projects she did, the friend she made and Music Ryan, of course! Would 100% recommend!

We put both our kids through ULP. They were a wonderful environment for both. Teachers Pat and Erin were very supportive especially with our youngest who is needed special attention and care. All the parents were great to interact with and volunteering my time and effort was a pleasure to do. Highly recommended!

Upper Lonsdale Preschool is a wonderful play based preschool with a special community feel. The teachers Erin and Lenora are incredibly kind and caring. They go above and beyond in creating thoughtful and unique experiences for the children. We still look back fondly on the many great memories our daughter made at this preschool!

My son is in year 2 of ULP and we have absolutely loved the entire experience! The teachers are so awesome - they give the kids space to be themselves and treat them all with so much respect. They really recognize the individual needs and strengths of each kid and they are so good at gently guiding them to a place where they are ready for kindergarten. The teachers are so knowledgeable and kind - I am so grateful for our experience at ULP!

Our family loved ULP! The teachers are amazing and it’s a great community. We had two children go through the school and spent a total of 4 years there. Every day had a structure and routine, but always something new to learn and play with. They also have a lovely music class, gym time, are outdoors every day, and so much more. If you’re looking for a great preschool, I highly recommend Upper Lonsdale Preschool.

Both my children had the opportunity to attend this incredible preschool. The environment fosters so many critical learning skills through play and hands on learning. As a parent with a child with a disability, Upper Lonsdale Preschool included my child with warmth and compassion and helped her to grow and develop to her potential. She is older now but she still remembers her kind and nurturing teachers and the fun and enriching activities. Highly recommended!!!

ULP was the most wonderful experience for us and the teachers are absolute gems that made navigating challenges with our developmentally delayed child so much easier. Not only did they connect me with resources I knew nothing about as a first time parent, but they made sure my child received the extra attention and encouragement she needed.
ULP really helps kids thrive, focusing on social bonds, learning through play and encouraging children to express themselves through music and movement. Quite frankly, I was a little sad when our time was done and I know many other parents felt the same way.

Upper Lonsdale Preschool (ULP) is a WONDERFUL place, and so glad we were able to send our kid there for two years. Erin and Lenora are such excellent, caring and kind teachers that work so well with the kids, and I admire their approaches to learning and growing for young ones. I would highly recommend anyone who had the opportunity to send their kids there to do so.
