Today is our son's last day at Holyrood as we are moving away. We are absolutely gutted that he has to leave as he adores all the staff who have taken the time to settle him in and get to know him.
He has been so well looked after and we have felt so reassured leaving him in their care.
Our little boy always eats everything he is given at nursery and the menus are nutritious with great variety.
There is a great emphasis on outdoor play and the garden is deceptively big for all of the children to enjoy.
We would recommend Holyrood to anybody, the staff care so much and go out of their way to organise lovely trips and events such as the Jubilee tea party.
A big thanks to all of the team!

Was told this location is not open for public. Only for student nurses and St Mary staff. Total waste of time. Rude receptionist.

My daughter absolutely loves Bright Starts. The staff are amazing and have helped her so much. After a long time in hospital she has had a lack of socialisation and they have been fantastic with her and so accommodating for her extra care needs! Absolutely thrilled I chose them, she is so happy and it’s so lovely to see her smile again! Thank you Bright Starts!

Our son really struggled at his old nursery and didn't get the 1 to 1 time he needed. Karin and the team understood his needs and really took the time to work with him to help develop his confidence. Our son loves going each day and loves his teachers. I can't recommend Blue Skies enough.

My little boy LOVES this nursery. Everyday he is excited to go. They have an amazing garden one of the best in the area. It is no suprise why this nursery is rated OUTSTANDING by ofsted. Lots of activities such as foot ball, yoga, phonics and nursery rhymes just what every child loves.

The staff are amazing and have helped my son come on leaps and bounds since he started. Lee is a credit to the nursery and absolutely fabulous with zachary. My little boy talks about him so much as well as dawn.

I will be sad when my little boy starts school and no longer attends here as he loves it that much.

I was worried when he first started about leaving him but there was no need as each and every member of staff goes above and beyond to make the children feel settled and welcomed. I would not hesitate in using this nursery for any future children.

My child has been attending the setting for the last 3 months and I can’t thank the team enough for all they have done. Whilst arranging settling sessions, the management team were very flexible and made it very clear that the amount of settling sessions my little boy had was completely dependent upon him and I thought this was fab as not all nurseries take this approach. It’s clear to see that the nursery values each child and will do all they can to provide a happy and caring environment. My little one is always happy to see the ladies and has built such a lovely bond with everyone in the setting, especially the ladies on his floor and the management team. I can’t think of a better nursery to watch my little one grow in. Thanks ladies!

My son started from toddlers room until preschool.. he had a fantastic experience and progressed a lot. The staff and the management team were very supportive and did their absolute best work to help him develop his speech and confidence. Very well done to hloyrood nursery prestwich

My daughter has been going to holyrood swinton for just over a year and well what can i say....... Its fantastic. They are not just a nursery they are a family, a family i love being part of!!!! From the very first time i stepped in to the reception i was made to feel so welcome and at ease, now a year on you are all my go to people. The advice and support the team give is invalueble to me. The development in my daughter in just 1 year is amazing. I cant fault a single person from Donna and Dawn in a morning who always have a genuine smile even at 7.30am to Sarah and Hayley who are still smiling at 5pm. The team here are so good it takes me and my daughter half an hour to do a simple 5 minute pick up as everyone knows her and she knows all of them and insists on saying bye! So holyrood Swinton, thankyou you truly are all amazing at what you do

My son has recently joined the nursery and all the staff have been brilliant with him, particularly his two key workers. He has settled in really quickly and is very happy there. The outside space is an added bonus and is fantastic!

Is not only a Nursery is a big family. I let my daughter there and I know she will be more than fine. The staff is amazing. Simply the best. More than 5 stars...

My daughter has been in this nursery for almost a year and she is very happy and content here. Staff are always helpful and special requests always accommodated. It's quite small so has a nice family feel to it as you get to know everybody that works here over time. Would definitely recommend.

A nice place for 6 months to 5 yrs old to play and learn as they wish. The nursery makes their little world fun and also creative. They care for yr little one and love them in their own way. They are patient with them as well as tough woith them in a lovely way. What can I say its a fun place to be :)

when I first viewed Holyrood prestwich I fell in love with it instantly. As I walked in it felt like a home from home and a familiar scent which took my mind back to when I was at nursery many years ago. My daughter attended from baby room 2 all the way through to preschool and even now as she is almost entering year 1 at school she still asks about certain key workers . my son loves nursery and when he goes he doesn't even turn around to say goodbye. management have a good rapport with parents and value all opinions. The outdoor space is fantastic and there is no where else I would like my child to be.

My toddler has been very happy at Dryden: he enjoys the varied indoor & outdoor activities, the delicious daily lunch and tea prepared on-site, and is very attached to his teachers. His face lights up every day when we get to the gates. We feel very confident about dropping him off here each day, and couldn’t be more pleased with the rapport the teachers have with the children, the thought that goes into the types of activities provided, and the degree to which the management is attentive to any questions or concerns that arise (something I especially appreciate as a new mum). It is an outstanding nursery.

Holyrood nursery is amazing, the staff are so polite and friendly. My daughter has been going for 3 months and has come on so much. She loves her teacher. My nephew went to Holyrood over 5 years ago which made me choose it and it didnt disappoint, the standards are still as high. I definitely recommend this nursery .

Excellent nursery with very caring and lovable staff. Our 3yo son attends mornings 4 days a week and absolutely loves it. He asks "can we go now?" at 7am every morning! Always talking about his friends and teachers at nursery.

He comes home with new skills every day. New songs, knowing the days of the week, or the entire alphabet! He never ceases to amaze us with how much he picks up from half a day at Holyrood.

We're very happy we chose Holyrood Swinton and have decided to keep our son in for pre-school rather than him attend a primary school. Highly recommended!

I’ve worked at holyrood now for 14 months and ive had the best time working here, I’ve been in the toddler room and currently in the baby room and I have gained so much experience. 3 of my sisters and my brother have been through this nursery. All of the staff do an amazing job and all go out of their way to help. The manager and deputy manger do a brilliant job to make everybody feel comfortable and welcome. Would highly recommend for parents and children

I am an employee at holyrood swinton and I have worked there for 8 months . This nursery brings positivity to all staff. All staff are welcoming and friendly, and our managers makes sure that all children are safe and welcomed and are lovely people to work with. I recommend this nursery to all parents as this nursery is one of the best nurseries and is really close to home.

My little girl started at Mulberry Bush when she was 9 months old, she is nearly 2 now. As a new mum, I was put at ease by the friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff who helped us manage a big change - me more than my daughter! My daughter is a happy confident little person, who loves nursery, running in each morning, excited for the day ahead. I couldn't ask for any more. I feel safe in the knowledge that my daughter is receiving a great care from a passionate team of people who are consistently outstanding, whatever day it is.

My little girl started to attend mulberry bush Whitfield at just 3 months old, as a new mum the staff guided me through the whole process with ease and understanding, answering every question I had.Nothing is ever too much trouble and my little girl smiles every day when she arrives at nursery. I feel happy knowing I have left her in the safest environment I possibly could with people who provide an outstanding level of care.

Not worth the money at all. Didn't prepare my child for school, and could have got the same care at other nurseries in the area for a lot less money. The 15 hours 'free' also didn't work out as they charge over £10 per day for what is effectively a lunch and a few snacks.....
