This is a medium size outdoor night market that requires a fair bit of walking to get to from BTS. I will recommend coming here only if you are nearby and this place isn't a place I will come again as I spend about 2 hours here and there are some shops that were not open. The food here is pretty standard.. I believe more shops are required to bring the crowd back in.
One thing I feel that could be improved will be more variety of shops here, there isn't anything noticeable for this place to stand out from other markets.

Great place for photo taking. I highly recommend coming in the morning to avoid the tour groups to take good photos. The big 3 Buddha statue is still under construction but you will still be able to take photographs from a distance.
Also, do get the golf cart because this place is huge and it will take at least 3 hours to take photos of all the notable sculptures via golf cart... cycling and walking is highly avoided. There are food stalls inside this city and the entrance fee is 600 baht per pax.
You can get here via taxi from the nearest BTS station which will cost about 80 baht.
