Delicious hand-pulled noodles. The double mushroom noodles, with a bit of spice oil is simple perfection. The lamb salad is just the perfect side.

It was nice, but not memorable. The service was friendly but all the explanations and the plating of the dishes were very mechanic, more like this is the way they were told they have to do it and less this is an gastronomical experience, it felt very stiff, awkward and at points we wished they stopped explaining. One of the female servers was trying to be extra friendly but she was so loud in the small room with 3 tables that we had to stop talking each time she was serving and explaining to the table next. The sommelier was nice, friendly and explained the taste profile perfectly, we enjoyed the pairings very much. The food was nice, there were some dishes that were outstanding, but there were many dishes that the taste did not feel pleasant at all.

Food was nice in general. There were a few dishes that were sublime. However, overall there was no surprise in the menu. Service that night was not so well organized, and there were a few mishaps. One of the dishes was a surprise for the guests to figure out, but at the end of the evening there was no explanation of what the dish was. I stayed the whole night with one drink that became warm and was standing on the table the whole night, no one came to ask if I wanted a new drink. The water was pour into the glass so abruptly each time, the table was soaking wet. I expected a higher standard in service…
