It was good. It killed about an hour and a half. It was fun going with my friend, we took our time. You can definitely walk through it pretty quick. For $48 it’s pricey but with the $35 Groupon it’s better.

There are lockers with codes so you can safely lock your stuff. There are 2 bathrooms in the lobby and a bathroom in the exhibit.

Half is guided and half is not. Our guide was super friendly and got us really excited about the experience. Even though most of it was really basic body tracking…

The art itself was very introspective and had quotes that were meant to motivate you. It was overall an uplifting experience. Though at parts we noticed there were definitely more cheaper aesthetics like snowflakes and paper lanterns that you can buy from an arts and crafts store. And there was like a “winter theme” that felt tacked on and out of place. All the sudden there was a rocking chair that was striped like a candy cane. Or there was some snowflakes hanging from the ceiling.

It reminded me of Meow wolf. Though meow wolf is top tier and on another level.

The most fun was thing was the free Photo Booth at the end. Technically it’s a video booth. We spent about 15 minutes taking videos of ourselves and then sending them to our email.

Very small place, really it’s to go. There are a couple of chairs inside. We went here to get hot chocolate and I was disappointed. All I tasted was frothy milk. The cocoa powder was not dissolved and so I was drinking something gritty. They had not spoons, I stirred with a flimsy straw. It really had no flavor. I glanced and the sandwiches which were a focaccia square with some sliced meat -$17. Ridiculous price! I just had brunch, a huge plate, from a restaraunt up the street with 2 sides for $17. It’s just not worth it.

Definitely get the all you can eat. Individual prices are so high. There is a rule though that you have to eat everything. Wait service was very nice and gave us recommendations. 5 min wait to be seated for lunch on a Sunday even though lots of empty tables. Bathrooms are clean.

The sushi is decent. Nothing spectacular and nothing bad. The Ellen roll was favorite, then wet dream, then turning Japanese. Ellen rolls 4/5 others 3/5. The call me baby was spicy and very saucy 2/5

You can order half rolls of most things too.
They have ice cream and mochi for dessert.
The chocolate mochi was good, just your average grocery store mochi. The green tea ice cream tasted like gummy bear ice cream or something. Tasted like candy and not green tea.

I don’t know how this compares to other sushi places in the are but compared to other sushi places I’ve eat at this is average to below average

I come here all the time with my parents. It has a nice warm, inviting diner atmosphere. And the owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming.

Their Sangria is surprisingly good and a huge pour. Also this is the ONLY restaurant that makes popovers- and they are complimentary. If you never had one come here and try it. I always ask for extra. They are big eggy muffin type things, super airy and warm and delicious with butter.

The dinner specials are such a great deal and come with soup or salad and dessert. They have a huge menu with lots of options. Everything is super great quality and fresh.

The portions are large and plentiful. The salads are super large and all prices are reasonable. $16.99 for a huge salad with salmon on top!

The chicken dishes are excellent too. The chicken is really tender and juicy, soft and delicious chicken breast. The chicken Francese my dad had was so good.

Come here with your family, you won’t be disappointed!
We had a gift card here, a present given to us before COVID. They used to be located by court street and now they are in park slope. Finally got to come here. It’s a small place and tables are tight. Mostly families and small children when we came on a Saturday. You book in advance online to make sure you have a spot, it’s pretty easy and you can change the time as many times as you want. The reservation is for an hour and a half. It’s around $30-$40 a person for the normal stuff you would want to paint like plates and cups. They also have acrylic paint which is not food safe, but if you paint something with that you don’t have to come back to pick it up. We don’t live in Brooklyn but the woman said they call before they donate your pottery if you never come back and pick it up, the website says you have to come within 2 weeks but she said it’s actually a month. The staff were all really helpful and friendly, and even though it was busy they were dealing with every customer promptly.

It’s fun and relaxing to paint, but it does get crowded and it’s hard to move in and out of the cramped tables. I probably wouldn’t come here without the gift card.
