I tried this place close to work. It had high reviews. It’s in a strip mall. You can eat inside, there are tables but it’s also a place you can order & take to go. Not a huge restaurant. Prices are super reasonable. I ordered a smothered burrito with green chili with shredded beef. It was delicious. All the food tasted fresh. Rice was homemade & authentic tasting. Refried beans were good. I was surprised and they give you a lot of food I felt. If you get the chili rellano, they use Poblano peppers, not Anaheim. They have a lunch menu but you can order anything on lunch menu for dinner as well. It’s a family owned business that has been serving for 33 years. Very clean. Very nice workers and great customer service. It was also very fast. Plenty of parking outside. I will be going back.

Today was my first time here. It’s a really cute restaurant that looks like a home in the middle of cross streets. On one side is a loading zone that fits 2 vehicles so the only place to park is the Safeway/strip mall parking lot and walk across. There is no crosswalk so be careful crossing busy street. I think the city knowing this restaurant has no parking and the customers have to cross street from Safeway should put a crosswalk with crossing light. Not the restaurants fault. The restaurant is really cute and clean with outdoor seating as well. The staff are friendly. Prices are really good for this day and age. The Mexican rice was really good. The beans were good but I couldn’t tell if they were homemade. The only issue I had was that the hamburger meat in taco was salty. They did include some red salsa which was really good. The food has some green salsa which was really good. Pretty good portion size.
