Very rude lady at the reception of second floor on Saturday. Non friendly and very rude. Citizens living here work hard to pay taxes. And then these taxes are paid to such disrespectful and rude library workers. Need to hire somebody more friendly who does not insult patrons. She tells to customers literally: "you smell bad!"
