This restaurant has a charming brasserie feel with attentive service, which immediately sets a welcoming tone. However, the menu was somewhat limited. I ordered the steak tartare, which featured great cubes of steak, and while there wasn’t a side of frites, the delicious bread made for a perfect pairing.

My vegetarian friend found the menu lacking, with only two options available, one of which surprisingly didn’t include any vegetables. On a positive note, the dirty martini was hands down one of the best I’ve had. The restaurant is unpretentious for a one Michelin star establishment, but we felt that the food experience didn’t quite live up to the expectations that come with that rating.

Pre-ordered a taxi for a client to the airport. No text with pick up time as promised. The taxi was 30 minutes late and then cancelled.

So happy this cheese store is so close by. They always have some great suggestions when building a cheese platter and always give you a sample of cheese to go.

Baarsjes kaas is a usual order along with something with truffles.

If you blink, you'll miss this gallery. It's small but the last exhibit that I went to was interesting, plant in the city.
