I had treatment with Jonathan Cook for dizziness (BPPV) which has been on and off for the last 6 months.
After the first treatment the dizziness was gone and with 3 follow up treatments for neck and back adjustments (plus exercises to do at home) I feel better than I have done in years!
No more dizziness!
No tension in the jaw (which I didn’t even realise was possible!)
Less tension in the body
Significantly more mobility in the upper back, shoulders and neck
Lots of other quirks improved too!
Jonathan was incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and an absolute pleasure to see.
