Joseph Uriarte

I've never been a big fan of going to the gym, it always made me feel outside of my element. My girlfriend started going before me and I saw her gaining results while I was just gaining more and more weight. I decided to bite the bullet and do a consultation with Elie at Elite Fitness and from there, it's been nothing but progress.

In the span of a few of months I've already lost 37lbs and dropped about 12-14% of body fat. I've had the fortune of working with several of the trainers at Elite Fitness and they are all incredible. A special shout out to Vivian and Annie but the whole crew is just incredible. Elite has done a great job in creating a really strong team of trainers. None of them have ever made me feel silly for being there and they are some of the most supportive people I've had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know.

That is one other thing I've really come to appreciate with Elite Fitness. They have no predisposition or judgment on who they train, all they want is for you to give it your all and if you do, you'll get results.
