I watched my baby deteriorate before my eyes. I begged them on the phone to give any sort of advice to keep him alive until the morning, because they didnt have anyone available to treat him. 24 hours service does not mean all animals. The woman i spoke to was so cruel. She does not have an ounce of humanity in her heart, for animals or humans. She would not even provide numbers for other clinics, she suggested i google them. I spent hours trying to look up other clinics while googling cpr/resuscitation for my baby. All the clinics I called directed me back to this one. I cannot speak for everyone, but there is one bad person working there who had a 6/22/22 shift at 12:30 in the morning. She seemed like she didnt feel like working, and that is not an employee that should be working a shift at a 24 hour emergency clinic.
