Awesome landmark to visit when you are in Madrid, interesting story behind this temple and how it was gifted and transported from Egypt to Spain. very close to city centre. a must see spot, free entrance as well if you want to go inside the temple, Outstanding photos can be taken there depends on the time of the day as well. a must visit and see.

I believe this might be the most important square in Madrid, you can go to most places of interest from there. lots of monuments and places to visit, amazing for walks and relaxation if you want, close by restaurants and parks. minutes to various coffee shops, restaurants and money exchange shops. heart of Madrid.

Nice restaurant with awesome Middle Eastern / Mediterranean vibes. food is delicious and fresh. service is a bit slow but the gentleman who helped us was amazing, seating is simple yet cozy and comfortable. decorations are humble and welcoming. the whole experience immersed me in back home atmosphere. welcome tea was a bonus which I enjoyed and appreciated. Thank you. will visit again.

Beautiful spacious square, would be more attractive with some quality cafes and restaurants.
