Went today for nose checking (21 May 2020). No body temperature checking, only one bottle of hand sanitiser on counter. Doctor is good but not the nurse. I did a scope checking but I’m not really sure whether the tools is sanitised (Maybe it is but I doubt), no water from the pipe, no hand soap in the toilet.
Very bad experience, as i feel the clinic is not hygiene, nurse keep on touching her mask while picking the medicine supplies for me, no hand soap in toilet and not even a hand sink in thentoilet. For me, it is really expensive, price for consultation RM150, scope RM150 and medicine RM150.
I would say the doctor is very experienced but the environment is not safe in my opinion especially during this pandemic. Patient is expose to the risk of getting Covid-19.
