I was welcomed here by the friendly lady sorry I can't remember her name. I was talked through on how to measure my floors & stairs myself (I wanted to do my own measurements)
Once I purchased the carpet Paul (I believe that is the gentleman's name) offered to come and check my measurements at my home to make sure we had as little wastage as possible and the width of carpet needed was correct, before the carpet fitters came. I would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to use United carpets and beds.
Here's why...I managed to get the carpet fitted in just 3 days! after purchasing in store from the massive rolls downstairs. (Absolutely stunning carpets downstairs so please don't miss having a look at them)
They were the best price as well, we had tried carpetright who wanted us to wait 5-6 weeks!! For it just to be delivered and it would have cost £1,500 more! The sales man there was just that you felt like he was not interested in anything but the sale.
But at this united carpets and beds store you don't feel like they are trying to force you into a sale, you feel that they actually want you to be the one to decide if your going to buy and the speed of getting it fitted was unbelievable. The fitters are fast but really good, they did our 3 bed house in just 5hrs. That was fitting underlay, carpet and dividers to 4 rooms plus stairs. They even carpeted my storage cupboard 😆 didn't ask for it to be done but I'm not complaining. Will definitely be using this store again in the future.

Nice store, with friendly staff. Good selection of toys. Can sometimes get good deals on certain toys which is handy especially when it comes to buying presents, either for birthdays or Christmas.
