Gorgeous spot!! Be sure to wear hiking or supportive shoes.. nice area to picnic, very picturesque!! Steep hill and gravel, a few areas that have been washed away with the recent storms. When you get to the little bridge, there is an area to the right to park, then you can go down either side of the bridge to the water. Worth the stop! ❤️

Beautiful place to stop, picnic, swim, lots of activities for the kids at the playground, clean washrooms / change rooms with private showers as well!!! 🚿
Decent shallow beach (some plants/seaweed) as well as a pier you can jump off at several points with large step ladders to get back up. Anchored floating platforms to swim to/jump off. Pier also has a gazebo and picnic tables at the end. Picturesque 🏞️

There's a boat dock area, lots of parking, a second large gazebo with several picnic tables under it where we had lunch, benches everywhere, nice grassed areas, pet friendly, even an after hours portable toilet..and as a motorcycle rider this is a place like heaven to find as a rest stop!! 🙏 I'd stop here again or put it as a destination place to spend the afternoon!! Loved it!!

Decent place for a rest stop. Outhouses are usually clean and well stocked with paper and hand sanitizer. They even have an accessible one which is nice. Ample parking. With a bunch of motorcycles, the gravel isn't too bad... But a few wicked pot holes could be addressed!! A little dangerous getting a group out as it's on a blind corner/hill both ways in an 80km zone. Could have a little better signage and reduced speed area.

Stopped here as part of our ladies day out riding with our all-female motorcycle group, WindSisters. Unfortunately, they were closed and we couldn't go in. 🫤
