i rented a uhaul truck from this location, it was pre reserved but when i went to pick it up it wouldn’t allow me. i asked mayra, the customer service rep who informed me what i already knew. i had the reservation confirmation & the ok to come pick it up but she couldnt and wouldnt tell me what the problem was. she didnt care to try and look into it or help in anyway. she was rude & unapologetically not willing to offer any customer service. even though the truck was there i had to drive 20 mins to a diff location & im not sure why but i know ill never waste my time going to this place as long as mayra works here
