A truly one stop shopping experience for me! What I enjoy the most is that it's a relaxing experience to go and shop here. I've never felt rushed, rarely if ever deal with unruly shoppers or crowding. The staff and patrons are usually so nice. The people at their stations are always so pleasant and ready to take my order or give me a moment to see what calls me. Some of my favourite amenities are:
- coin counting machine
- beautiful plants
- xmas trees in the winter, cozy garden center in the summer
- prepared hot and cold food
- stations with their own dedicated staff
- parking
- next to a bike share station

I rarely give such bad reviews but 2/2 visits were horrendous. The first one, I was rushed to order and repeatedly asked what I would like. This time, I wanted to give this place another chance and was craving a slice. I went to ask for the classic slice special (slice, dip, and pop) only to find I had been given baby slices that were so dry they were curled on the ends and these baby slices didn't even fill the box. Also, I could hear someone in the back coughing up a storm. I ignored that and asked them to fix it and they gave me another slice of a slice of a slice. Sorry to say but avoid this place at all costs.
