I had a delivery there a couple of days ago and the doorman was really rude. The person who made the order used her apartment# and no such suite existed in this building. So I attempted to show the doorman my phone just so he can see that's what it said and his response was " I don't need to see your phone to know that it's no 16L in here". I admit my reply wasn't really nice but when the lady came down to receive her order he told her I was being rude to him.
