I went to visit my family member that recently moved there. Apartments are nice, building is clean and the area is nice with great view of NY.

My mother's apartment is falling apart from water damage from the apartment above her and they could care less. Her kitchen has leaks from the ceiling as well as the bathroom and it's causing her to have roaches...disgusting. NYCHA should be ashamed of themselves for letting their paying customers live in filth and inhumane conditions.
