Super nice! The tour was very pleasant, the tour guide (Kenny) knew lots of things and took the time to explain them all without worrying about taking a bit of extra time from what was the initial duration time. We asked for a Spanish speaking tour guide and they happily accommodated our request. Furthermore, we arrived to NY on a later date due to problems with our flight and had to rearrange our activities, they were very understanding and offered us a new date that fit our new plans.
I highly recommend this service and company.
