Reminds of their Glorieta days long ago in Makati.

Its a huge place for wholesale or retail goods mostly from China. Very cheap prices but so are the quality so you might consider that before you go on a spending spree. There are several building near the area with the same merchandise so you might want to go around for a bit and check things out before making that big purchase. Parking is incredibly hard. Lots of people in the place.. after all its near DIvisoria.

Parking area is ok. Heard this is a breakfast place for headed here for dinner to try it out. Coffee is good. AC is ok but it could be better so the electric fans can be eliminated all together. The dining area is L-shaped so seating arrangements can be a bit awkward for large group. Staff is friendly and service is good. You can order food from the menu of the other restaurant but if you dine there, you can order from here.

The pour-over or hand drip coffee as they call it is good. Matcha latte is unsweetened which is the way it should be. The taste profile of the matcha is not overpowered by the milk or any syrup for that matter. The place has a minimalist design located outside the mall along a restaurant al fresco dining strip. Staff is ok, not on the chatty side. Service is good. The place is quiet and cozy. Price points for the beverage is admittedly high compared to the other coffee shops in the mall. Factor in the quality and taste of the coffee, staying in the shop for the drink, and it will come down to a preference thing. In-house restroom available.

Great service... Attentive. You can tell by how they refill your drinking water without being told to. Wifi is good. Electric socket available near the window bar table. They have their own restroom. Coffee is excellent. Pastry is ok. Cocktail and alcoholic drinks available if you need something stronger than coffee. The meals are really good. Outdoor seating available.
