Charged extra for same day delivery. Was almost 5pm. Order had not been delivered. I asked to have a return phone call. Time now is 7:20pm. Have not had a return phone call. I also placed an order last year. The card I asked to be included was not provided. The people receiving the arrangements didn't know who had sent it. I called and complained and was told well they finally did know who had sent the order but they had to call edible arrangements. They said would give me a discount on my next order. I did not recieve any discount. Very poor service. I will never order eith edible arrangements.
